These tablets have been a god send.
I take them at night when needed, and within 20 mins I'm ready for bed.
I suffer from terrible insomnia and these little beauties do the trick nicely!

I struggle with insomnia every now and again so I hoped these would help but they did the exact opposite on separate occasions when taken they have kept me wide awake and almost wired. I checked the ingredients list to see that they contain ‘coffea’ I automatically assume that is related to coffee and could be a potential suggestion why but I’m confused as to why that would be an ingredient in a sleep tablet? Whatever is in them though certainly doesn’t work I’m really disappointed.

These tablets do help you fall asleep but don't seem to keep you asleep, I woke up after a few hours and this was what I hoped they would prevent.I also found they made me really thirsty which woke me up as my mouth felt extremely dry and I needed to have a drink so that was very frustrating.

Easy, convenient, doesn't have a nasty taste like other treatments. I work night shifts and I find this takes the edge off getting to sleep, and sleeping for longer periods (I normally wake earlier than 8 hours which drives me nuts).

Can be used long term without any side effects or addiction.

The only criticism I have is that I have noticed the sleep and insomnia spray works a bit better, but I use that when I'm really sleep deprived because I like the convenience of the tablets more.
