Dead just after warranty
Bought this early Sept 21 and dead mid sept . Won't turn on. Didn't even get to finish the first cartridge. Would not have printed more than 100 pages in a year and now it is DEAD! Looks like I am not the only one by reading the reviews.
Don't bother, don't waste your money . Never again Brother.

UNRELIABLE POOR PRINTER DO NOT BUY IT
I needed to buy a new printer during the pandemic. There were not many printers avaialable. Officeworks recommended this brother printer. Its unreliable and frustrating. Daily, it comes up with error message that simply say it can not print the document. Usually i need to turn it on and off, sometimes at the wall. I have downloaded the driver many times with no improvement. Their cartridges say they are good for 3000 prints. i have never had more than 2000 prints ever

Would be a higher rating if it would always turn on
I have not found any problems with the output from the printer. The only problem is getting it to turn on. I press the on button but if my press is too short or too long the printer will start up and can be heard running. However the light to show the printer is on stays off and any print job sent will not print. There is no way to turn it off using the on/off button. The only solution is for me to get up and physically remove the power plug form the power outlet. At this point I can hear the printer turn off. Plugging the power cord back in to...
Read more the power outlet makes the printer start up and the green on light comes on. The printer will function normally. As the printer is not at my work desk, having to get up to unplug it to get it work is a pain. I will be returning the printer to the place of purchase to be sent away for repair or replacement. Hopefully someone at Brother will realise that the best on/off switches are rocker switches and not push button.

Huge disappointment
After impressive performance from a previous Brother inkjet multifunction printer we wanted to upgrade to a mono laser printer. Setting up the MFC L-2750 was a breeze, easy connection to network and automatic update. From there, things went downhill badly. Double-sided printing was a nightmare and repeat printing was agonisingly slow (around 1 page per minute). The scanner leaves wide margins unscanned. On top of it all, output from the expensive toner cartridges is awful, way below the quoted performance figures. Brother have really dropped the ball with this product, they used to make decent machines.

Good honest printer and scanner
I have owned this printer for some 4 months now and am so impressed I have purchased a second one for my other family members who need it for online education. I have only used it in network mode (usb cable to laptop) not in wifi mode. Also I have not used the fax facility (Who uses fax these days?)
What I like:
1. It is a reliable workhorse that doesn't break down
2. The quality of the print, scan and copy functions is very good with few jams
3. The printer is fast enough for home use
4. Automatic duplex colour scanning from a document feeder
5. Purchase price was affordable
6. Compact size
7. Easy installation

Terrible Multifunction Machine
I bought this machine to replace my small business's seven year old Brother multifunction printer with which I had absolutely no problems but which needed a new and expensive drum. I decided an update was needed and I naively thought that as this is Brother brand it would be of the same quality. It is not. Printing is ok but very noisy. Scanning is slow and noisy both single and double sided and no matter how hard I try at least one page or more will always be slightly or very askew. I can get nowhere near the 3000 pages promised from each ton...
Read moreer cartridge even when I set most documents to toner save. 1000 pages would be more like it. Generic cartridges do not work. There is very little warning that the toner is about to run out. Despite all attempts including a call to Brother's helpline I have not managed to get the remote printing working. The technician blamed my computer but the computer is brand new. Will think twice before buying another Brother product. Their quality has clearly dropped badly in the past few years.Purchased in .

Great Printer, OK scanner.
Pro's
- Print quality
- Speed
- wifi works well
Cons
- scanning is crooked using the auto document feeder. I thought it was just me but it's a common complaint.
- printer is noisy
- expensive original consumables, fortunately I found a supplier of generic toner supercheap. I guess Brother is subsidising the cost of the machine with expensive consumables.
Overall, the printer is fantastic, only let down my the document feeder.

This is a very good printer, a little bit noisy though
This printer is really good, I have been using it for about 2 years I had no problem with it. I am happy with the printing speed, quality, and efficiency. It is a little bit noisy though. All in all, a good printer for a small office or personal use.

Won’t Scan from Printer - Can’t find computer
Has anyone else had this issue? 12 hours with support, remote in and no solution. Was told to remove Nortons, I did. Finally I was told to go buy a new MacBook Air. Not happy. Still waiting a response from the Good Guys. On a lighter note it prints and copies well. It does scan from my MacBook Air just not from the printer itself.

easy to use and reliable
Air print, wireless printing, quick to set up, good quality printing, very quick printing... what more can you ask for when selecting a black and white multifunction printer! This printer sits in my office and I can print from my phone anywhere in the house. It has great functional apps to allow me to scan straight into my phone or laptop. It is very use friendly and have not had any problem with it straight out of the box. Best purchase of a printer I’ve ever had. Never had any Jamming problem, the auto feeder works perfectly. Occasionally the auto feeder does not scan straight, but that’s the only complaint. Fully satisfied and happy customer. Thank you Brother for making a fantastic product

Good machine
The price is reasonable and the performance is good. We have used other brands before and Brother products are far better. The quality of the print with L2750DW is good. It is reliable and I will recommend it to any one who is looking for a new printer/copy/scan machine. This machine is replacement of my previous machine L2740DW.

Great Brand Excellent Printer
Found it really easy to set up and the operating costs are affordable. I like the wi-fi option that allows me to print from my I-phone and laptop. The sheet feeder works well and hasn't jammed so far. I have used the copier function a few times and it is good as any photocopier I have used.
I purchased the Brother Printer because I had a HP and had issues getting it to work on my new computer. I called HP's help desk but the HP was out of warranty they wouldn't help me. I had an old brother printer and called their help desk and even though it was 5 years old they talked me through how to set it up on my new computer. So that's why I only now buy Brother.

Why isn't this printer listed as color or mono?
