In addition to being half (yes-half!) a price cheaper than my previous insurer for the equivalent cover, it was easy to set up. Their customer services was exceptional. Highly recommended and have mentioned my positive experience to many of my family and friends.

My car got stolen, and was recovered by the police.
Budget direct simply don't do much to assist us with speeding up the process.
They are holding the car in their garage for more than a week. We have a choice of repairer, but they are unwilling to tow it to the repairer until they will perform another assesment. They don't even have an ETA to when he will come. I feel very bad, and want my car to be fixed ASAP.

I think it was the cheapest I could get, but I still think the price was excessive. But then I I don’t really like insurance companies, always looking for a way to get out of paying

I purchased the comprehensive insurance online only to be told that I need the car inspected or take photos off. Also, I had to send proof of NCB.. Such a major inconvenience as I live in a small town..

Very happy with my experience. Clear, concise and straightforward. Very happy that I had to submit the photos of my car from all angles and show the dash kilometre reading. Feel that this helps keep premiums more reasonable as scamming activity is reduced. Love getting my severe weather hail warnings by text too. Would have like to know what comprehensive gold is though?
