To be honest we have not had to use you once, as we are not young anymore and have health problems it was only to change a tyre, but saying that you were puntual, helpful and didn't make us feel bad for just getting you out for that reaaon.

I called and operator did not help much he just give me two options either call services or tow the car to repair shop. He told me that I have one choice.

The only time I required assistance I would have had to wait for 3 hours in 35+ degrees I found this service unstatisfactory. As a result of this I will be looking for an alternate road side assistance.

Budget Direct Road service was very supportive and quick; the man was pleasant and attentive with very quick service for dead car battery. I would recommend Road Side assistance cover.

I buy road side assistance every year, and end up needing to use it a couple of times every year, mostly with issues with battery. It has always been very fast and pleasant.
Will be buying it again this year.

I had a flat tire and rang Roadside Assist. The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly, which helps when you're a little distressed. The mechanic showed up within half an hour and quickly changed my tire. So I'm very happy with this service.

I've broken down twice and had two accidents...car written off once...none of them my fault...since being with budget, and they have been fantastic on all occassions...phoned each time. No problems. And because I'm in a regional area, they just told me to phone which ever tow/mechanic I wanted to. Just too easy...ty

Came on time but the mechanic was useless couldnt help at all so I had to ring up again for a tow but this time had to pay $135. Not happy with the service and will not renew my membership.

I have recently swapped to budget for my car insurance due to the great rates I have been offered and will look at changing all my other policies. I found budget easy to deal with and was given a good service.
