I got budge direct a few weeks ago and while I was on the phone with customer service they told me Id get a 60$ gift card for each thing I signed up for, but I still havent got it. Apart from that budget direct is very good.

Easy to use website, with one of the cheapest yet best covers around. Took no time at all to get covered, very quick and easy process. Definitely recommend budget insurance.

Even thou the assistance came on time
But they were not equipped properly
Had no greag knowledge or replacement batteries.
Will deff change provider next time
There are much better providers out there

Budget Direct has always been helpful and courteous and although I have not yet to use the service I am more than happy that I can the payment online with no difficulty. I also appreciate their prompt reply in sending me the paper work once the payment is made.

On the phone I was advised that the service man would be here within the hour however it was two hours or more before he arrived. He was very helpful and performed the work in a very quick time.

After I called, I was told to wait around 1:30-2 hours and he was here in less than an hour. Was fast and great service and the worker was great.

The guy who came to help was amazing, he could not have been more helpful. Service on the phone was equally as good. No negative comments from me. Cheers all round

No matter what time I call the call center, I always get to speak to someone who knows their product well and is happy to help. It was a pleasure dealing with Budget Direct and I'm happy to be insured by them.

I cannot give any comments as the title explains. Then I read insufficient words. Budget Direct should lower the minimum words to use as I'm a great example. You can't expect a review if a person hasn't used it. True or false. Though just reading these reviews some of them aren't too good. So inform me is my money well spent or not. Let's see if honesty prevails.

When the Police charge the other driver and the other driver admits fault, there should be no interrogation of your insured. Budget Direct made a mess of this claim and in the end we decided to cancel it. Just hopeless

Our starter motor went on our hilux, we were stranded at the school pick up... roadside assist were so helpful in getting us going and then arranging a tow to our mechanic...

Very Good service, but response time a bit longer. I have only use for tyre change. Call center response was good, cooperate as well. Technician were friendly and customer oriented .

After filling online, needed some clarification on the quote but the agent refused even listen saying that he cannot do anything about the quote received online.Was blunt and refused to even listen. So went with Alliance unwillingly for my brand new car.

The service was slow, and the diagnosis by the technician was incorrect after we got the car home and took it to the mechanic. The technician told us that the car did not have a faulty battery and he told us that it is a faulty computer. We had to take the car and caravan back to Melbourne in limp mode. When we finally took it to the mechanic's, they had found out that the batter was in fact faulty and couldn't charge. This was the cause of the computer going hay wire, and made the car go into Limp mode. The mechanic was actually from RACV.

Very understanding customer service team who deal with any matter quickly. Even when it comes to premiums you can't beat Budget pricing i found Budget insurance so good i insured two cars and the family home. Excellent insurance company and easy to work with.

The mechanic who came to change my tyre was great. Change the tyre in less than ten minutes. Great service! Definitely, will take the roadside option when getting new insurance.

Roadside assist were quick to respond, and helpful in a stressful situation. They explained the steps I needed to make next, abd oeganised delivery of my car to mechanics.

I always get quotes from other insurance companies when the renewal comes around. I then call Budget & give them a chance to equal or better the quote.
