My car battery was flat due to a fault with my brake lights. Service man showed up within half an hour, identified the problem and fixed it! He had my car running and back on the road with in 30 minutes. Lovely guy and great service!!!

My tow truck was about 25mins earlier than expected and a few dollars more than the quote but got me work for the day. Thanks good going. I had great service.

It was simple to obtain the roadside assistance application on line and easy to follow. As yet, I have not had to use roadside assistance. Reading the reviews have been positive which is an incentive to be a member. Thank you Budget Direct.

I Called and got response straight away. Helpful staff guided me through the critic time of the accident with sympathy of the situation. All the necessary process was taken care. However time for panel repairing took a month that is the only matter.

Travelled from Woolongong to Sydney on Friday.Brokedown received assistance car removed to garage and a major repair was done. Car available at 5pm after work to drive home for the weekend.

The service I received when lodging my claim with Budget was unreal!! Very easy and the gentleman who serviced me was very pleasant, even though I called at about 11pm at night. He made the whole process very easy!

Locked keys in car & all they wanted was to make sure you payed excess & was RACV Insurance anyway that came out & took so many call backs to finally get here

I didn't use it at all but like the concept of roadside assistance. I was hoping for a card or something tangible to always carry with me when I am on the road but did not receive any evidence of having purchased the roadside assistance. So glad I never had to have to phone budget direct for actual assistance. I cancelled it subsequently.

I stopped at a truck stop on the road to eat my lunch and when finished my car wouldn't start. Thank goodness for Roadside Assist as I was some distance from a town. The mechanic was very polite and got my car going again so I could continue to make my next four hours home. As I was an aged women on my own I was very grateful for the assistance of the Budget Direct team.

We had to pay extra to get our car taken to the too of our drive way. We also found the roadside assist very unprofessional. They didn't have any professional car logo and when i had to get a new battery, they sent a young boy to check on me in a beat up car. The actual cover - insurance from budget is good but I'll be going with someone else for roadside.

I am sure that Budget Direct's Roadside Assistance is fine. I have never had any reason to require Roadside Assistance, but probably will some time in the future. my previous Insurer never offered this service.

I had to be towed the operator was very courteous,the tow truck arrived within the hour after warning it could be up to 90minutes
the tow driver was really friendly and my car was towed to my preferred auto shop
