Easy to process the request for cover. Website comprehensive, payment details etc prompt, took out insurance on 26 September 2022,,thankfully no claims made as yet.i did change from Allianz

Was looking for good third party cover for my 20 year old son. Had a very good price well below others.
Would have preferred to see directly how much more it would cost to upgrade to third party fire or fully comp

I was after a policy that wasn't to expensive as the car is only used a few times a month, Budget came up as best value for money plus friends have said their process for settling claims was very good and efficient.

Great value policy we purchased, easy to set up, all done within minutes very happy customer, would definitely recommend these guys for car insurance! We won’t think twice about staying with them in the future

Too early for the feedback, just signed up with budget direct and I have not made any claims or request. So far the cost is reasonable and customer service is great.

Great experience online. The people I spoke with on the phone couldn't have been nicer. By far the cheapest policy I've found. Emailing me a pizza coupon a few weeks into the policy was a nice touch

Very good value and set up was very easy. I haven’t lodged any claim. I have been only one month with this company for my current car. However I had insured my previous car with budget direct.

Lodged a claim after someone run into my car, had an eye witness for the accident, lodged accident with police. Every time I call them tells me a different story, either incompetent or completely dishonest.

Great value compared with my previous insurer. 20years of loyalty meant nothing.

It was easy to set up and very good value compared to my previous policy. This is the first time I have taken up a policy with Budget Direct. Hopefully I would not have to use it.
