i already had the taps, just needed washers, first and last time i will use these. the cheap round plastic washers are heaps better and you can just turn the round washer around and get more life out of the 1` washer

We want to buy several coroma/dorf 20 teeth thermal barriers to fix our shower tap and Bunnings at Newstead (huge store) does not sell them. We are able to fix it ourselves but store lets us down.

I have been into my local store, they couldn't help me. I have also called head office and I have left several messages for someone to call me back and I still haven't heard from anyone, that's why I thought I'd try here.

the only place that can answer your question is Bunnings asking the public for answer on a public forum is not going to give you the correct answer the best bet is to go to another store or or just wait for the phone call that will never come

No, they keep no copy of any keys they cut

They can scan the barcode to tell if it is from a Bunnings Store so store credit is easier than a cash refund. But they can search their system for receipts and luckily a young guy ended up remembering me and hence they put more effort in to look. They then did a cash refund.

Pat do u have a receipt and proof its faulty ? Unless you have 100% proof no u will not get your cash back

no they wont give you a cash refund they will either give you another item or send the faulty product for repair

it really depends on which bunnings store you go to & what staff are on at the time some bunnings stores will refund some wont i found it all depends what staff are on & what mood they are in They just make up their own rules as they along. i tried to return faulty items & get a refund at a bunnings near my place & the staff there said no they dont refund but will exchange i didnt want an exchange so i left the store with the faulty product & drove to another bunnings & i got a refund all i needed was a receipt

from china japan india & Indonesia who ever is selling the cheapest crappiest products

for a quicker & more accurate response don't you think it would a good idea to either contact Bunnings or ask at a store. Bunnings don't monitor this site

Yes I have had issues with the whole unit not fitting I packed it up & took it back & got an exchange was told there were quite few units that left the factory with parts missing or wrong parts

Thank you! It has been assembled except one drawer has shorter pieces and doesn’t fit. I called the local store and they opened a new box for me to replace them but they were the same size! The shorter sizes that didn’t fit! Anyway, they are now contacting the manufacturer to see about the issue. Will keep you posted!

Why not call your friendly local Bunnings and ask them?

In their product policy you may return to any store providing you have the receipt and debit or /credit card for goods purchased. Not certain to how long you have to get a refund, more than 30days (guaranteed) though if in doubt ask when you get to Bunnings

With their attitude to customer service I wouldn't recommend it. Just look at the 600+ negative reviews! If you want to use a trailer literally anywhere else is better.

No ive NEVER hired a trailer from bunnings for any reason & no i would NEVER even think about it. cheaper to hire a trailer from kennards or the local servo

Why would you want to hire a trailer from Bunnings in the 1st place there are other places

I'd suggest you ask them; pick up phone & call, or if you really want to buy from them (with 600+ negative reviews I can't understand why), go to the counter & ask.
If they're too busy to take your call or inquiry they don't want your business.
It's 2022 - most people don't even bother with lay buy anymore.
