It took 4 months from the date I paid the deposit til I had blinds installed. Which I think is far too long. The sales rep didn’t follow up with proper communication and got the initial measurements wrong. The first check measure by an installer just used the same measurements. Meanwhile 2 months had passed & whenever I called to find out the status of my order I got passed from one office to another at the different branches. Worst 9 month experience of my life. The customer service was disgusting, different people telling me different things about my order. I took time off work as they informed me installation would occur and it did not. I was promised discount for the 9 month debacle and when it came to the crunch, they threatened to delete my order. Neat and clean installation. Difficult windows but Bruno’s precise measuring skills resulted in a tight and seamless fit. Highly recommend Bruno and Alex as installers for blinds.

The quoting process was good, there was back and forth with final measure and removal of old blinds that was frustrating and time consuming, incorrect colour brackets supplied to installers but fortunately looks ok. Installers by far the best part of the process

Dissatisfied with the communication. Was told blinds would be ready for installation by Xmas however they will not be available until mid January. Very disappointing

I don’t rate this company at all. I feel sorry for the installers who have been grossly let down by their team leading up to this point. Out of 3 blinds two were completely wrong (size and colour) and need to be remade. Should have known it would be like this as from the point of first consult nothing has gone right.
