I have been them for a while now. Reasonable prices. I had a problem or two, one of them with International call set-up but they were quickly able to resolve it for me.
I am happy with their service so far.

happy with cmobile but phone plays up a lot (not fault of cmobile) I have NBN and MOST unhappy with that. It is EXTREMELY slow and the home phone supplied only works 30% of time. I had to buy mobile just to be able to call emergency services. I love that it is auto paid same amount every month. If cmobile did nbn I would switch immediately

Excellent coverage, no drop outs and very good mobile download speeds. The value and download allowance is fantastic for my children and the customer service is second to non. I have phoned them a couple of times to find a person at the end of the phone who is helpful, knowledgeable and able to resolve my issue or answer my questions first time.

Even though the mobile tower is visible, signal strength is not good for any provider. I have used Vodafone and Telstra. This is not a Cmobile problem. I do have some dropouts and fluctuate between 3G and 4G. That, of course affects data speed.

Has been reliable but so far only been using Cmobile in capital city areas so unsure of reliability in more remote areas. It suits the way I use my phone.

For several years, I have been more than happy with my CMobile Red PAYG 3G plan. I have just the one mobile phone and use data to check the weather for biking and snow skiing.

I would appreciate the excellent service even more if I had reliable service from the Telstra tower closest to my residence, which is desultory at best. Anywhere else where service is normal I have no complaints whatsoever. The slight problem I had with lack of service on a recent trip to Mt Isa was addressed and fixed with one phone call.

As my husband and I don't require massive amounts of download and use our mobiles infrequently, C Mobile was the way to go. The staff are efficient and friendly, we wouldn't be persuaded to change

I am very happy with CMOBILE. The network coverage is good and we live in a country town. My $15/month contract is completely adequate for my needs.
Most downloads are sufficiently fast enough.

Value for money, easy to understand the plan.
Customer service - great, helpful and friendly in a timely manner.
No issue with network coverage (im on Red plan).

Extremely rare not to get good coverage. Data download is ok for me. The cost for unlimited use is very economical although, I do not use the phone excessively and rarely use the various other apps.

I love CMobile. I’ve been on both red and blue plans and I’ve never had any issues in the years I’ve been with CMobile. They have great value plans and the customer service is fantastic. I am so glad I changed to this company. Well done, CMobile. Keep up the excellent work.

Coverage is excellent. Dropouts are rare. Download speeds are adequate for me. Customer service is exceptional. Accurate billing. I have been with them for 4 years now, & don't regret a day. I've since recommended them to my friends.

We have 2 mobiles with Cmobile and have been very happy with the coverage, ease of transferring our service over and the ability to quickly and easily talk to someone in Australia.
We spend a lot of time on Kangaroo Island and the coverage has been exactly as good as with Telstra.

Excellent service across the board with CMobile. I have absolutely no issues with data speeds or dropouts. They are local, helpful and cost effective. I highly recommend them if you're looking for an alternative to the main providers.

Great service offering considering the price. No disruptions and ok speeds. We have 2 services with Cmobile which is cheaper than one equivalent prepaid service with Optus. I Highly recommend them.
