It is very hard to find trusty and professional tradespersons but I have. Tim and his crew from Elegant Flooring were exceptional and very professional. Even coming up with problem solving ideas so that the floors looked great. On completion the crew cleaned up and Tim walked me through and advised on how to clean to keep the floors looking like new. Advice on new skirting was more than welcome.

Fantastic service and excellent job from Carpet Call Belrose to there Layer Dan and his team . He kept me up to date and worked extra hours to get the job right and was at all times professional and courteous, highly recommended and very happy with the end result thank you

We have been renovating our home for almost 2 years now and have had more than a few tradesmen through the door in that time. This has been very challenging, to say the least. But I'd just like to say a big thank you to the guys at the Campbelltown Carpet Call store. Omar has been so helpful and patient with our situation, making things seem that nothing is too much trouble. Also, I would like to relay a special thank you to Dan and his team of floor layers. These guys were so professional and went above and beyond while laying our new laminate flooring. I recently had laminate floor boards installed in my parents house. Kevin from the Belrose Store was the salesperson that assisted me and he was absolutely brilliant. So helpful, so professional, but most importantly he knew the product well and really assisted me in making the right choice. My parents are thrilled with the result and were so happy with how smoothly the installation process went. I would highly recommend Belrose Carpet Call to anyone who was considering putting in floorboards.

We had a quote to have laminate flooring laid and it was way too expensive. We went to Carpet Call in Nunawading and spoke to Sam who is the state manager. After talking to him and getting an idea of cost I asked if it was possible to get a quote the same day he could not do enough to assist. He sent Bert out to do the quote and Bert was fabulous, he made sure that we had all the areas quoted and went through everything that was included. The quote was over $10,000 cheaper and they were also happy to work around other work that has to be done earlier. Nothing was too much trouble

I have just had my home completely laid with wood laminate flooring.
The sales person (Denzil) was very friendly, and gave me a great price.
The workers were amazing, worked non stop, nothing was too much, the floor is beautiful, they left the property all cleaned up no rubbish left.

We went to carpet call in midland for laminate flooring.Excellent customer service from Stewart and his staff they are very knowledgable.Very quick and professional installation team flooring was laid in two days with little disturbance and no mess left afterwards.

Long story short: repeated delays, disorganisation, dishonesty and, needless to say, inconvenience. I ordered laminate flooring in early April 2018 and cancelled the work in late July 2018 – enough is enough. In true Carpet Call form, the one thing they are good at is demanding and acquiring a substantial sum of money from customers before works commence. Finally, the state manager acknowledged all the incompetence, apologised and tried convincing me to proceed with the work instead of getting a refund. When I agreed to proceed on the condition that I pay the remaining 20% after work is completed, he refused and promptly offered to process a refund. Never again, Carpet Call.

Boyd from the Browns Plain store offered excellent advice and service re our laminate flooring. He ensured the job was completed to an excellent standard from measure to installation. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Secured a very competitive price on our new laminate floor back at the Home Show in February. Salesman was helpful on the day and very pleasant to deal with on subsequent occasions as we finalised our choice.
The two installers were punctual, efficient and friendly. The job was done to a high standard with attention to detail throughout. They even put my fridge back in place for me. Floor looks great and we are thrilled with this final step in our kitchen/living renovation.

Great product and great service. CC installed laminate timbering flooring downstairs and lush, thick, carpet with thick cushioning underlay upstairs. The carpeting was so soft and comfortable I even slept on the floor for three nights while we waited for our move-in date and removalists to deliver our beds!

Further, CC's laminate flooring installer was excellent: great attention to detail and even called out our builder over a slight unevenness and dip in the original concrete slab on which he was laying the laminate. A true professional.
