Emailed through a request looking for a particular type of laminate floating floor to match existing flooring in an adjoining room. Received a phone call back within three hours stating they had the boards in stock and could he come out and give us a quote. Agreed to the time and date. No one showed up! Waited an hour over the agreed time then rang the showroom who had no record of the appointment but had my email. I was then advised the boards had been discontinued. Another appointment was made to look at alternatives to try and blend in...

I recently had the flooring in my entire house (including bedrooms) changed to 8mm Coretec in ‘Haze’. Dan, the installer was very knowledgeable about the products and the best ones for us to use in our house given we had tiles throughout. The team worked tirelessly for 2 days to get our flooring and new skirting laid. Overall it was a great experience using carpet call especially considering the huge job they had to do in reflooring my entire house. After walking on tiles for the last 12 years I can definitely feel the different with the 8mm hybrid flooring and am really happy we went with that thickness. The colour is also really fresh and on-trend and matched my classic house styling and furnishings.

Once the deposit money was paid the service was terrible. I really wouldn't recommend this company.
We promised many things, i.e. an evaluation of the floor condition before we went ahead, spare planks, no damage to the property with the installation. None of this happened. We couldn't get hold of anyone to complain - rectify - finally got the area manager's number and called him a number of times and our call was not returned.
Basically, once the money was handed over they did not care a toss.

I just got my laminate floor done thay did Great job. It was uneven with lots of noise.
But Dan and Campbell Town carpet call manager Umer did great job on my floor. And help me through with thair experience.And I am very with everything thay done for me.

I've submitted 3 request for a measure and quote and have yet to receive a quote. Once person rang me and scheduled a measure but at the last minute ran late and had to cancel. Waiting on a reschedule but I've yet to hear from them. I'm not sure why the service is so poor but it shouldn't be so hard to organise a quote.

Belrose Super Centre: very attentive sales (Joseph) who helped navigate options and did accurate measurements.

Installation crew led by Dan were professional and very efficient. Dan visited twice before the install to scope out the floors and was very flexible around other work being done. Installation finish was better than expected and the crew returned twice to fix a couple of minor issues (related to underlying floor rather than installation).

We paid for laminate flooring to be laid by Carpet Call. We were told their might be a SMALL extra payment for some aluminum trims and floor prep.
The floor prep was a huge amount. Their normal rate is between 80 to 110$ per leveling bag! It quickly adds up so be prepared. We had to pay 1250$. Aluminum trim is 9$ per meter.
Day 1 they only did the stairs and floor prep. Their non-english speaking boss only came the first day and left us with his employee's to finish the job. None of them were professional, they didn't care about us actually l...

Flooring was nice the damage left behind wasn't. Have called to discuss a few times. Was told I'd be contacted back and still nothing 7 weeks later. It seems once they have your money you no longer matter

I just wanted say a very big thank you to Dan and the team who installed my flooring, they were professional and very kind, they were on time and the installation and the finished product is perfect. As I am in a wheelchair they truly went above and beyond my expectations to help me function in my home while the whole process took place. Before I decided to purchase a new floor I was quite concerned about how I was going to manage, but Dan and the team really put me at ease, I am so happy with the finished result.

Our new flooring is stunning now that it’s laid. However, the after sales services is terrible! We were specifically told a number of times we didn’t need to prep our existing floor in any way, and the new flooring could go straight over the top. It wasn’t until the installers turned up and said the floors needed to be prepped and it was going to cost us an additional $1600 and additional time. My wife and I chose carpet call Moore Park to lay laminate flooring to our home. They were very helpful, very accomodating and couldn’t do enough to assist us.
We then had these floors laid and that’s when we were really disappointed by the layers and I can go on about it but just to say disappointment is an understatement. Let’s say no pride in their finished work.

Ordered timber in Jan 2022 to be delivered in March 2022 (have the agreement, signed by them). Nothing heard from them until June 2022. It was already three months after the date they were supposed to make the timber available. Since then, I have been fighting for a refund and nothing happens.

Dan was great! He introduced me to his staff & explained that they’d be laying the flooring. He showed us uneven parts in the concrete which he levelled so we wouldn’t have any dips or uneven sections in the floor. He was very informative & kept us in the loop every step of the way. Whatever had to be moved they labelled & put back in its place. They where also very tidy & cleaned up after themselves. There’s was not an ounce of sawdust in sight!

Had two hard working pleasant men today installing our floors, it looks amazing, we are so happy with the result . They cleaned up and placed all furniture carefully back were it belonged .

The young man who installed the floor worked hard all day. He was cheerie, happy and informative on how to clean and look after the floor. He did a wonderful job it looks great and he cleaned up when he finished like a true tradesman should. Thanks for a great job.

Had the salesman (John) turn up to my home to measure up the floor for laminate flooring and appropriate treads supply only. We got a quote that I was happy with after a bit of haggling and the salesman wanting a sale. We paid the deposit - then had a three weeks wait for the flooring to arrive at the warehouse. I bought flooring from a Kitchen company who is doing my kitchen. I am doing the flooring myself. I had to pick up the flooring from Carpet Calls warehouse in Logan. I phoned Carpet call 3 times to see if they can deliver the flooring to a Ipswich store. 3 times they did not return my calls. I phoned to see what glue I had to use, but again they did not return my call. I was told by a trade's man that if you are a home diy, Carpet Call are not intended in you only if you are a tradie. I will not use or recommend Carpet Call to anyone. You get better service at Bunnings.
