I engaged them last week and they were very professional. I have a 4 bedroom house and wanted a thorough clean due to recent global pandemic. The team of Hanveer came on time and after an initial inspection they started doing their job. All through the job they were very polite and tried to keep the disturbance to minimum. After looking at their detail of work I even engaged them to clean oven and bathrooms. They happily did the work and also gave me some tips to maintain my shiny oven. I have since recommended them to my mum too. And she has been also very happy. They donot only clean they disinfect, sanitise and deodorise too.

Always happy with the service provided by cheap as chips. Had a booking for End of lease clean and the carpet steam clean in my apartment, they left the premises immaculate. Highly recommend this company for the spotless clean with an affordable price.

Advertised 50 or so bucks for 3 extremely tiny bedrooms. Forced Covid disinfection rates for EACH room?! Charging extra at a time of crisis ffs. Guy wouldn't let me say no to extra chemicals in carpet either as it was "too old" and not good for me (whoop, $20+). Went over their floor sqm limit apparently as the guy laser measured every nook and cranny within cupboards. So another $5-7 x how ever many sqm it was. Carpet still stank after 5 days despite full aeration. Saw guy dispose of dirty liquids in front yard. Call me a naive consumer or what not but it nearly tripled what I'd thought over phone all up.

I got my carpet clean on 4th of May and I've never been this happy with my carpet. It is now clean, fresh and germ-free. It has been a couple of weeks now and I got no problem with the after-service care. Thanks to Cheap As Chips, I can finally get a clean carpet. Would highly recommend their company!

The estimated quote for an end-of-lease clean more than doubled! Only one cleaner sent and house needed re cleaning afterwards. Upon asking for a partial refund, I received terrible customer service and a blanket “no refund” response. Very very upsetting at an already stressful time.

My tenants used cheap as chips to steam clean carpet before vacating. What a mess chip as chips left on my $5000 theatre drapes. The spraying of their chemicals etc were not only sprayed on carpet but on my 6 theatre drapes leaving stains on all drapes. I took this up with cheap as cheap customer service and was totally dismissed. What a disgrace! No care what so ever to people’s property. I would never recommend anyone to use cheap as chips. It’s all in the name... don’t fall for it! You will be sorry! They are not the ones you can trust as their radio ad says!!

Please avoid this company unless you want a headache! They quote you for a job but then when they turn up they will charge you double what they quote you. Can’t believe they can get away with this. They need to be reported.

I have been using Shaheed to clean my grout and tiling for over four years. He has always done a great job and I am very happy with his service.

I've booked with them and made all the necessary arrangement. Unfortunately, when I called back to see if cleaning can be done with the scheduled carpet cleaning, I was greeted by horrible person yelling at me that the job can not be done and that there's nothing on the notes- as if that was my fault. Instead of apologising for the mistakes and fact they cant do the job, he blamed, yelled at me, and hangs up. I have no idea how he keeps this business open. I guess horrible service is norm of Melbourne
