Ordered a 5pkt of Rapid Antigen online and received an empty box. I made contact with Chemist Warehouse and was informed there was no fault from their end but offered a $15 voucher for my troubles. Spoke to Australia Post and was told to drive to nearest distribtion centre which is 85km from my home and show them the box and make a police report as well explaining how I believe item was removed from box. So now I am out of pocket $49.99 with nobody accepting any responsibility accept the way item was packet with only a thin piece of tape wrappe...
Read mored on one side of box leaving front easy to open but still nobody is accepting any responsibility. I was the unlucky customer to pay $49.99 for an empty box not even a packing slip or tax invoice was inside and treated like I was making it all up.

Ordered items from them that are only available online and they were in stock(nothing to do with Covid 19 supplies) on the 18/01/22 and still have not received these items. No attempts to contact me to explain the delay, I have emailed them 3 times and tried calling 4 times with no response at all, just sitting on hold for 30 mins. Will never be using them again.
14/02/22 just received an from them stating that they have had to cancel my entire order, not supply some thing but not others. CANCEL the whole order..... customer service at its best
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They have zero communication and (like all the other reviews) still haven't shipped my order from a month ago. Tried emailing and calling with no success have logged a PayPal dispute.

I've ordered items from Chemist Warehouse before and they arrived fairly promptly, however — like so many other reviewers here — my latest order didn't arrive, has been listed as "processing" for three weeks, and calls to their freecall number were disconnected.
The good news is that I just raised a dispute with PayPal, and my payment was automatically refunded. I suspect that PayPal have had many complaints about this company!

The website itself is fine to navigate and submit an order however I have now been waiting almost one month for my order to be processed and shipped. I have not received any update regarding it.
I have tried to contact Chemist Warehouse several times now and received no response. I have emailed and submitted queries through their website with no response, I have called them several times and each time their answering service disconnects my call to help maintain their KPIs.

Their website does say that they are experiencing delays and to expect a delay of around 12 days for each order to be shipped, I understand that COVID has impacted a lot of stores and services however, I have now been waiting 25 days for my order and have not received any communication from Chemist Warehouse. At this stage I just want to cancel my order and get a refund but I cant get in touch with anyone to arrange this. Terrible service!

Ordered 3 weeks ago still showing as "processing". Rang the 1300 number, on hold for 50min before it hung up. Sent email via their website, no response.

I found the product I wanted easily enough on the website, and it was delivered in reasonable time. However, the product was damaged. I have completed two online forms and received no response whatever, not even an auto-response. acknowledging my request for a replacement. I have sent two emails, with no response. I have made multiple phone calls, but they say due to the pandemic they cannot respond: 'Please call back later'. However, I have got this same message each time I have called over a three week period.
I placed my order on the 15th Jan 2022 & I sent an email two days ago to enquire about it as it still says it’s “Processing” & I’ve had no reply as yet! I understand we are in Covid times & there are delays which are expected & I’m fine with that….but almost a month of no movement on my order is a joke & you don’t state that you have delays in processing orders that can be than a month before you post it out !

Ordering online from Chemist Warehouse used to be good.... Not anymore.
Part of my online order arrived, I'm waiting for the rest of it over 1 month later. Contacted customer support by phone and email numerous times with no response by email and phone number hangs up on you.
order took over 4 weeks to arrive, no response from customer service or answered calls.
no communication for 3 weeks then finally got an email saying it will be delayed.
Will not be using again.

Waiting over a month for order, no response from customer service
Same as experience that everyone else seems to be having. Ordered over a month ago, no delivery. I emailed customer service. No response. Looks like I have just been refunded, which is at least something but zero correspondence from Chemist Warehouse. I will now be avoiding the online site - Blooms the Chemist or Priceline from now on!

Like everyone else I heard nothing at all, no reply to emails, couldn’t get through on phone
Eventually my order came
They are overwhelmed at the moment which is understanding in the circumstances
Just wait it out guys and if you need anything urgently go instore or click and collect
My order arrived and everything is there
But as stated on their website there will be a wait
Come on?! Lack of labour force? Hire more then! Nothing with COVID because my order is just some baby food. Order number: 85242950. Hurry up!!!!!!!! I won’t use this online order again anymore! No email reply! No one pick up the phone! What’s wrong with you guys??? Are you really working or just being lazy!

Buyers Online Beware Faulty Returns Not Straightforward Like Their Website Claims!
Purchased Omron BP Monitor from online store during Covid thinking if anything went wrong with product I could return it to my local store.
How very wrong I was!
After visiting store and two phone calls later I was told to contact the Omron supplier. Omron then instructed me that I had to post the faulty item to them at my own expense. Not impressed!
Never when purchasing a ‘big ticket’ item from a well known store, have I had this much hassle and inconvenience.
They clearly do not honour their own procedure instructions listed on their website for return of faulty online and over the counter purchases.

I made a simple online order over 2 weeks ago. They efficiently billed my credit card and sent one confirmation email. Attempts to contact them by email and phone are ineffective. The automated phone message is to call back later due to "unprecedented orders".
Their website is still taking orders, knowing that they can't process them.

I placed an order 22 days ago. Paid vu Afterpay. Instalment taken but order not delivered. N o response to e mails and cannot get through on phone. Shocking disgusting service.

This has been the worst experience every I have had online
It has the feeling of a business about to liquidate take cash no products and no customer service
I think I have lost my money when reading others in same boat this is not just a supply chain covid issue

I just paid $52 for a prescription at Chemist Warehouse I paid $18 for at a different chemist a month ago. Had to have it so had no choice but to pay for it. Australia's cheapest pharmacy? Nope.
Placed an order a month ago, tried to contact them numerous times to either get a refund or my products sent to me with no response. Luckily I paid with PayPal so they were able to refund my money for me. Never heard back from chemist warehouse regarding my order. Do not recommend shopping online with them.
Always check seal of the product by removing the lid... don't trust
Purchased product (was a jar). Opened when at home and found that the foiled seal under the lid was torn. Went to store (another store because from where I purchased original yesterday was far from home) but was denied by the store saying that have to take to original store. I highly recommend that if U but anything from chemist Warehouse always open the lid and check seal under.

The four stars are for how good CW used to be..I haven't forgotten. I know COVID has upset the applecart for timeliness but the Tracking is almost non existent otherwise I'd be happy to just put up with it. How about using Australia Post more often instead of CP.. I bought something from MEDCART that shipped with Australia Post (5 days from order through to on my veranda table-VIC to QLD and were OK with Safe Drop) and it really made me appreciate something I had taken for granted..Good Tracking and Communication. I think I will go to companies that make your purchases good fun again (for now) folks they are still out there just let your fingers do the walking

I've always been impressed with the service that Chemist Warehouse has given for online orders. My order has always arrived within a couple of days no issues. But something has changed dramatically as on the 9th of January nearly a month ago I placed an order for a few items. The status has stayed at order being processed for over 3 weeks. Payment was taken on the 9th January. What concerns me is there lack of customer service or acknowledgement for the customer. Read moreif they cannot fulfill the order to cancel it. They should not be taking online orders if they cannot fulfil them. Waited on the phone for over an hour and nobody answered. I work business hours at a hospital so it is very hard to call these places. It is being ignored and not informed in what the holdup is, is what is frustrating. There must be something happening behind the scenes for them to be this bad in customer service and will los3 a lot of business as a lot of people will not go back to them if this is the way they are treated. The items I ordered were not rat kits or anything else that were not in stock. The reason I do online shopping is I do not want to physically go in the shop amongst other people and feel safe doing my shopping online. And after this experience I will never again order online again with Chemist Warehouse. Do yourself a favour and do not place an online order with them as you will be tearing your hair out.I placed my order with Chemist Warehouse on 12 Jan. That’s nearly four weeks ago. They were however, very prompt in debuting my credit card. It leads to think this firm may behaving cashflow issues. I’ll be contacting my bank to see if I can get the credit card charge reversed and I would advise others to consider doing the same.

I chose the refund option as the order is likely to never show up !
