An excellent job well done. Bruno.... I can't sing his praises loud enough. He was as stubborn as the stains the removed from the carpet. He worked on them for an hour or so, like a dog worrying a bone. An excellent technician who explained everything as he went. Bruno came and cleaned heavily stained carpets and couch all stains were removed which I was totally stunned by in a very short time. Great customer service awesome Bloke

Cleaner was friendly, if the floors were vacuumed properly I feel it was done to fast.
I'm sure the booking was made correctly with the admin person double checking the job as in number of bedrooms, lounge, mats and lounge suite.
On arrival, under quoted, no lounge room mentioned.
$30 more on bill to complete.
In my mind this could be, not saying it is definitely but would be a simple scam, which could be pulled on every job.
Be wary.

I had a lot of pet hair in both my house and my mothers granny flat - especially my mothers granny flat as she has a rag doll cat full of fur who had also left a number of stains on the carpet. Bruno rang before he came, was on time and did a great job of both places removing all the stains, some which i thought would not be able to be removed. Bruno explained everything well and did a great job!

I’d like to thank everyone at clean and dry for squeezing me in after I was let down by another supplier. Mark attended on Saturday morning and was very professional and a wealth of knowledge. The carpets came up great and Clean and Dry will be back to do our Strata work.

Mark came over this morning to help hubby and me with our wine stained couch and rug that we’ve been desperately trying to clean for months. We hired the woolies vacuum and that didn’t work so our last option was to try professional cleaning. So glad we did as the rug and couch look good as new. There aren’t any water stains, wine stains or oil marks left on it. Mark was incredibly professional and even came to complete the job at 7.30am so I could get other errands done in the day. He was finished before 9am and the job was done excellently. Will def recommend him to others. Thanks so much!

This is the first time we got our leather lounge professionaly cleaned and could not be more happier. Mark was brilliant very patient, friendly & honest. Sofa looks like new same as how we bought it 7 years ago :).

Our carpets looked the same after he had cleaned them, same spots and marks, he was in and out in 5 minutes. He also drove his truck into the neighbours patio and snapped one of the wooden beams in half, then denied it as we were asking for his details to make an insurance claim! So horrified by this experience.

For anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned, give these guys a call. They did an incredible job and Mark was such a nice guy too. A little more expensive than the letterbox offers we get but it's totally worth it.

Had multiple floor rugs cleaned today, some very gross. Marc from the Perth franchise came and cleaned them all for us. He was a great friendly guy and did a fantastic job, the rugs look awesome. Would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone and will definitely use them again.

As a dog owner my carpet gets very dirty. Mark did a great job yesterday leaving my carpet looking like new. He arrived within the allocated time and was professional and polite to deal with. I will definitely be using Clean & dry in the future and will recommend them to everyone i know.

Extremely informative and professional from my very first phone call. Clean and Dry talked me through the whole process and were more that happy to answer my many questions. Mark called me half an hour prior to arriving on time, on the day. On arrival he was very professional, polite and friendly. The lounge came up cleaner than expected. Just had my carpet and lounge cleaned by Mark wow he is so professional amazing work, efficient, fast, simply amazing work. My carpets are older as i rent but he made them look and feel just nearly brand new. Such lovely gentleman he gave me tips on everything i asked such professional in every way. Mark was excellent today so fast and didn't leave a drop of mess. He left us with a fantastic fresh mattress and did it all with a smile! I will recommend mark any day.
