I organised for a rug to be cleaned and was told they would pick up and drop off within one to two weeks.
Three weeks later I had still not heard anything from the company about my rug being returned.
I phoned and was told I would get a call back on the following Monday and my rug was due for delivery on that Tuesday.

I have used then 2x now. Both times pushed to use higher cost clean then originally quoted 1st time it felt reasonable this time it was a crock so they could use bigger machine and get out faster. We were having my daughters 1st birthday party at our house and after years of looking at my dirty grout I decided to shell out $750 to get the tiles cleaned. As I was moving house, I arranged Clean & Dry because of the pick-up and delivery service. After several weeks not hearing from them, I called to which I was greeted "Oh yeah, we have your carpet here." When the carpet finally arrived (to the wrong address at first) and I unrolled it, it appeared as though nothing had been done (at best, very very disappointing result). I had booked Clean and Dry (two technicians) to do my carpets upon vacating my rental. I wanted the carpets done the day before the final inspection, therefore I had left money in the drawer and the keys out. I was absolutely horrified when he told me over the phone that the carpets were heavily stained and filthy. It made me feel like rubbish. He certainly had a bad way of going about trying to make more money.

I contacted Clean & Dry Carpet Cleaning after seeing their advertisement on the internet with a competitive price for a wet clean of three rooms at $89. I was informed that a dry clean cost $69.
Upon arrival (on a Friday) they spoke with my husband and talked him into a dry clean stating that the stains weren't bad. Once the job was completed the technician charged my husband the wet clean price.

They came to my home to clean floor tiles and their attempts at cleaning were disgusting. 95 minutes later and $500 out of pocket I was left with a botched job. My floors looked worse than before the so called "technician" started. He said that the black marks he left in patches all over the floors couldnt come out. It's funny, I hired Clean and Dry even though I'd read some negative reviews but thinking should be OK for just a straight forward job. Oh no! Big mistake! Never again!
