Would definitely use Clean & Dry again. Technician gave me a courtesy call before arrival. He arrived on time, was friendly and told me about the procedure ( I had a 2 & 3 seater fabric lounge cleaned). The lounge was cleaned with no mess and the result was great. Very happy with the service from the initial call to the finish of the service. Pricing was good compared to some other high priced quotes I was given too. Great company here in Perth. Energy efficient

Called this company to come and clean my tiles and grout, and I am so glad I did. I was so amazed at how clean the grout came out. The two gentlemen that arrived were not only on time (which is very rare with tradies these days!), but they called me about half and hr before to say they were on their way. They were so polite and professional...and super fast! They did a fantastic job. Will definitely be using this company again. My tiles look great!

I've had my couches "cleaned" by this company and it wasn't completed properly.
The technician was here for 30 minutes max a usual clean on my couches takes an hour to one and a half hours. The technician scotch guarded over the "stains" he couldn't remove, within ten minutes of him leaving I scrubbed my couches clean and removed all dirt stains by hand before the scotch girad set and made it harder to clean.. Other companies I have used have physically cleaned my couch. And done it properly. This company is by far the worst I've used.

unfinished job, rushed job, had to re clean.

Sent an email enquiry in regards to having a quote on carpets to be cleanned and rugs and also cleaning of tiles and grout. Received phone call response within 30 minutes from [name removed] plus a follow up email with comprehensive information about my query. They were equally efficient when i rang to book an appt. I chose this company as they provided the best customer service of all providers contacted.

I just had my carpet cleaned by Steven two weeks ago and he was a professional in all aspects. On arrival, he explained the process and attended to the job immediately thereafter. Stains that had been on my carpet for over a year were removed completely. Super clean job! My rental bond was refunded to me :) Definitely would use them again.

Just had my 3rooms and my couch cleaned it cost $260 they didn't do the base part of couch just did all the couisons on top laziness my floor were suppose to have been steam cleand they still had dirt and sand on carpet after he cleand it. The floor is suppose to take 12 to 24 hours to dry it was dry 3 hours later I don't no why people can't do there job right also they said they would be here between 10:30 and 12:30 they got here at 12:50

Expensive, don't clean,

Got them to clean my carpets.
Arrived one and half hours late,
Then they are rushing thru three rooms in a hurry.
After checking we noticed spots he left out and did not clean.
Complained to the company, told us that they will check it out and call us back, we never heard back from them.
Don't trust this company

I had my carpets cleaned,They charged me $300 upfront for a so called industrial clean, I thought that in itself was strange but its company policy because some people won't pay . I now know why. I told them it was still dirty they weren't interested in fixing the problem, once they got their money they didn't want to know, would never recommend them had to pay again for someone else to clean them. be careful with companies that want money before the job is done!
