Fantastic service
I have used con-x-ion on many occasions and have always experienced excellent service. They have always run on time and I have always received a friendly welcome. I would highly recommend this service.

Never again
I booked & paid for a return for myself & sister giving 2 different addresses. I checked on the morning of departure to find they had put us down at same address. This I phoned to correct.
On confirming our return flight details, giving both our names & ref numbers, I find that only my sisters name is on the manifesto. When we changed buses the driver said he only had one name on his list. I said they’ve made a mistake in the office, but he was quite rude & said it wasn’t their mistake. The driver of the second bus was more reasonable & friendly.
As the bus was an hour late to start with & took a longer route home than necessary
it was quite a stressful experience.
Will never use this company again.
Terrible service and poor information
Despite paying $300 we were picked up at 5 took an hour 10 to go to outback spectacular which should of been 25 minutes. Then last to get dropped off another 1 hour and all children asleep. Will never use again !
Confused! Not COVID Safe
1. No mask wearing on the bus and the bus is more crammed than my flight???? This is a public transport company masks should be mandatory on their busses! It was like a sweaty cesspool in there with lack of ventilation a recipe for COVID spreading 2. The aircon on the bus was not working properly, so on a 30 degree day we were all dying inside a tin can and the driver said abruptly there’s nothing he can do about it which is fair but maybe flag it to be fixed for future people.
Not the best experience at all from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast the drive is long and hot and crammed.

Excellent service
Excellent pickup company. Driver, Paul was very professional and helpful. Vehicle was on time, no delays. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. Have been using over 5 years without any problems.

Outstanding experience and fantastic driver
We left Main Beach in pouring rain. Our driver Craig went above and beyond to ensure we were kept dry and safe. Would gladly use Con-x-ion again. The service we received from making the booking to arriving at the airport couldn't be better.
Didn’t seem Covid safe
It’s a good service on the whole, a bit lengthy as it drives all over the place picking people up, hence it was a bit torturous taking about 3 hours in total from Noosa to BNE. I think it’s good you can tailor to your needs however.
I was unclear as to the covid safe plan on board, and on a full bus felt like we should all be in masks, especially with a lady coughing non stop from Nambour! I would be interested to know if you are required to prove vaccination status, I was not asked by anyone at all during the process.
Very poor service for loyal customer
After travelling re-opened I have booked my normal journey with Conxion. For many years I have used their service. Somewhere in the range of 100 trips.
I have returned from Europe to be told my 00:30 bus has been cancelled and I “have to find my own way home”
I was promised long ago that if such an occurrence happened there would be an alternative arrangement made.

I strongly protest their lack of service as we try to open up the country to tourism and suggest all newcomers treat this as a very risky service. I was further told that they should have texted me in the last 24 hours. As the travel was taking more than 24 hours that is a pointless contact arrangement. Extremely poor loyal customer service.
Total fraud! Do not use!
Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE! Prepaid and they never showed up, family of 6 left at airport and had to pay for another taxi. Refusing to help and refund.

Greatest stress free way to get to your destination!
Such a stress free, reliable way to arrive at your destination. Great friendly, helpful and profressional staff. Door to door drop off and pickup and reasonable rates. Will definitely be booking again.
Used to be a better service
My bus to the sunny coast leaves on the half hour usually so most times I miss it by a few minutes and have to wait another hour. Then we always seem to be waiting for someone who is running late or sitting around a dodgy park waiting for other buses. And why am I on a bus during school pick up times driving around Caloundra dropping people off when I live in Marooychydore?It takes longer to drop everyone off around the coast then it does driving from Brisbane to the coast. On the plus side the drivers are more than helpful and friendly and lately most of the buses have had working air conditioning.

Disappointed
The incompetence started when I originally booked and it didn’t get better
The inept person taking my booking had me listed for a 10pm pick up, it was supposed to 10am.
The bus came 1 day early, again another admin error.
On the day, the bus didn’t turn up at all, after waiting past the specified booking time, I called the company, she said there would be another 34 minutes, I was told at the time of booking that there were no later buses, so again another admin stuff up.

Well Delayed Service
I am a frequent user of your service F928. Today I was booked to depart Brisbane Domestic Airport at
10.30 am your service arrived on time to drop off other paying customers from the South bound trip, after those passengers disembarked, then several other North paying customers went to place luggage and board the service this was not possible as the driver said, he would return in fifteen minutes. At 10.32am he drove off, he did not have any paying passengers on board and then arrived back at Brisbane Domestic Airport at 11.00am. No apologise ...
Great Service
Easiest way to travel to and from the airport with their door to door service. It is the fourth time I have used this service and have always found the drivers to be very friendly and helpful, thank you Con-X-ion, 10/10.

Driver loudly discussed his recent covid 19 infection
Wrote this email to the company and never heard back.
I travelled on one of the buses 23/1/22
- surfers paradise to Coolangatta airport
- I think the drivers name was Andrew.
- there were children and elderly people on board.
About 3/4 of the way to the airport the driver made a personal phone call - apparantly to another work colleague.
The driver went on to describe in great detail how he had just RECOVERED from covid 19 and how it was touch and go there for a while. He discussed his symptoms and various other details - this phone call could be heard loudly and clearly by all passengers and it went on for about 5 mins.

Excellent pick-up service from home to Brisbane airport
Con-X-ion is a reliable, economical and excellent service that I have used many times to travel from my residence to Brisbane airport. Service has always been very professional. I highly recommend it.
They change your booking last minute
I confirmed 48 hours before my departure to airport. Got confirmation email to get picked up. The shuttle came and our name was not on the driver manifest, he said I have no seats for you. Then they sms us we are on the next pick-up which leaves us little time to checkin at the airport.

Terrible company, unprofessional
Shocking company to deal with, very deceitful, had the run around for a weeks trying to get refunded after border closures,lots of passing on and excuses to be finally told we could only get a credit. Rang this company 3 days ago to use credit for this saturday, had not received confirmation rang today and now apparently they don't have a service Saturday but would be happy to pick us up from the airport Sunday, ummm not plausible!!! Omg so frustrating, so lucky I rang to check,but unlucky as we cant get a refund or use our credit when needed apparently!!! Like I said very deceitful
Buyer beware - solo traveler cancellation risk
Beware solo travelers! This service may cancel your prebooking if you end up being the only traveler on the bus leaving you in a bad and potentially unsafe situation. Disgusting!

Expect them to be late
I booked a 12pm pick up from PalmCove to Cairns airport. I confirmed the pick up 24 hours in advance as requested. I was advised pick up would be at 12.10pm. By 12.30 there was still no sign of the shuttle. I called conxion who advised the shuttle service was with a partner company Exemplar transport. I was put on hold and when the operator returned to me she said it would be arriving in 5-10 mins. At 12.35 we got in an Uber which was in fact cheaper anyway. The policy says the shuttle should pick you up within 20 minutes of your booking time....
Read more I booked a 12pm pick up for a reason, not a 12.35 pickup. When in the Uber I received a call from Exemplar Transport saying they were waiting at the hotel for us, I advised we were in an Uber because they hadn’t turned up in time. The driver’s response was they had a full bus. Not my problem. I book a service for a certain time and I expect it to be there. I now have to email customer service to see if I can get a refund. If I do manage to, they keep $10 admin fee. Don’t use these people. Take an Uber - at least then you can guarantee you make your flight. Good service and friendly staff
Always use this service when coming to Qld drivers are always friendly and knowledgeable . Disappointed this time though as I paid for premium service and had to have a drop off in Surfers for 7 others, which meant my trip was 2 and a half hours instead of the usual 1 and 1/4. Pete, the driver, did apologise and was very accommodating at my drop off. Will use again.

coming to Brisbane
After arriving at Brisbane International airport, we went as usual to the left to find our Con-X-Ion shuttle. What a surprise, the left had turned into a red zone. We did ask a policeman where we could find the shuttle. He didn't have any idea. So we went to the exit, and followed a sign Passenger pickup. We walked and pushed our trolley 15 minutes to the right of the airport. Here we found a person, who told us we had to be on the other side of the airport. So all the way back again, where we finally in a dark spot found a sign from Con-X-Ion....
Read more To get from Brisbane international airport to Sunrise Beach took us longer than the flight from Queenstown to Brisbane. We are very disappointed that there was no signage at the airport to clearly show us where to go.Would give zero if possible
Very poor service, paid for a so called premium service which is meant to give a guaranteed spare seat and priority drop off. When I got to the bus the driver was already on the phone asking how this could work to his supervisor, the driver was very rude to all the customers and said if you don't like it find your own way home! I rang the customer support number and the first male operator simply hung up as he didn't want to deal with it, I called back and a lady could only inform me to send an email requesting a refund.
The mini bus was totally full with no spare seats as per what I paid for and I was the second last drop off after more than 2hrs which should have been 40 minutes. If you can find an alternative I suggest that you do.
