We had 4 units installed in our home. Soul was exactly on time to provide the quotation. His team of installers were on time to install the units. They were careful and thoughtful about how they did their work. There was no mess after they had finished. In fact, one person came back in and did a second cleanup after all had been packed away. The electricians were very professional, explaining what they were doing and why. Impressive was the tidying up after the installation was completed even to the point of sealing areas to prevent insect access. young teams of all round professionals. Highly recommended.

Soul and his team installed Daikin ducted reverse cycle into our two storey home. It was a tricky job and Soul spent a great deal of time going over plans and sharing options. Souls team were quick to install and friendly / helpful technicians. I would recommend conduct air conditioning for a home install.

Communication from head office was great, however both times someone was meant to come and give a quote, no one turned up.

Ended up getting an AC installed by Alliance Climate Control who came out quickly and performed a flawless install 2 weeks later.

Installation of the Daiken ducted unit and 7 outlets was done quickly and neatly. The system is working as advised.

Soul and his team were excellent, during the quote Soul explain everything from what size and the installation to what each brand offered. Unit was installed a week later after accepting the quote. The installers turn up on time and clean up after themselves during and on completion of the job. Highly recommended.
