Do they sell sour apple slushy concentrates?
2 answers
Sorry I haven't noticed it. It's not a place for a full shop either but I get bored with the same old things at the two big stores. See if you can go as visitor. Forget the rude comments, the customers going around are rude.
Hi,
Sorry but I have no idea. It's not something I've looked for.

Costco Canberra. Can I give you back ipad bought in May 2016?
3 answers
Yes, take your Ipad back for a refund. You can refund any thing at any time as long you have your receipt.
Not in Canberra anymore. They are reviewing on a "case to case basis" meaning they can refuse you a refund just because they can. And if you are annoyed they "can cancel our membership anytime".. seems the latter is their insurance policy. And the managers are very rude about it.
You have to go to Apple. Warranty issues, refund issues, it's Apples turf.
People have been purchasing iPads and some instances have been asking for refunds after they have physically trashed used them or complains that it's slower after updating.
Some have even swapped the iPads with broken ones and wanting a refund.

Is your membership an annual fee? As a business owner do I have a supplimentry card for my staff who need to purchase items for individual jobs and if so at what cost?
2 answers
NO.Your staff can not be issued a supplementary card. The only person eligible is a person living at the same address as the Primary card holder. Staff will need to purchase their own membership. What ever you do, do not allow some one else to use your card. Costco has the right to cancel it if some one else is caught using it.
many business partnerships ends up in divorce, this then causes headaches to the primary card holder and then blames Costco for many things.
Only those that can prove that they live in the same house as the primary card holder can get the free card.

I heard Costco are selling spa's. What brand and where can I research dimension etc. on them? What is their pricing? I live far from one, so can't just pop in and look.
2 answers
Costco cannot reveal price over the phone on any items.
Prices can change and the customer will go crazy if the price is not what they've been told.
Miscommunication can also happen over the phone.
Therefore it's Costcos policy that prices cannot be given over the phone.
Many staff members have already been abused because of this.
Go to the Queensland Costco Geeks facebook page. If you ask there, people will take photos it the items and prices.

Do you sell portable DVD player?
2 answers
No, no portable DVD players
Yes, I bought one from Costco but it's a stand-alone one for my Lap-top, because it didn't come with one. The cost was very good ($44) and it performs adequately. Look in the electronic section. Don't know whether there's one to hook up to the TV, as I wasn't looking for that type, but with the size of the section, I expect it'll be in there somewhere.

Costco Australia why all the secrecy in not displaying your inventory prices to the outside world?. What is so special about Costco Australia? Costco USA, and Costco UK both display prices on the respective websites
1 answer
Australian Costco is too small to advertise their prices.
Items can sell out in stores in a couple of hours, and when you have a customer who travels 2 hours to get an item that has been sold out, it can become a headache and extremely annoying to hear that person complain and wanting discounts/freebies while abusing staff members.
Prices can change as well, and that would also contribute to aggressive behaviour.

There was a lot of hype a couple of years ago with Blacktown City Council They were shouting from the rooftop that IKEA, Bunnings Lindt, Masters, Aldi and Costco would be established in Marsden Park Retail Precint.. All of these Retailers except for Costco have been in operation for a year or more. From various news sources dating back through to 2014 the word was Costco was expected to open in Mid 2016. Last Sunday(21 August 2016) I took a drive out to Marsden Park expecting to see a building site nearly finished. Surprise Surprise Surprise what did I find a fenced off block of land with a sign attached to the fence telling everyone who can read " Costco is coming"
When is Costco planning to open at Marsden Park? . Maybe to save building cost they could purchase the Masters Complex across the road and do a fitout for their purpose. Greg J

Rumour has it that the surrounding businesses was giving Costco a rough ride which causes the delay, and also some underground work was not implemented professionally.
A rough ride? Other rumours are circulating that Costco were giving some of the other businesses a rough ride.........................does Costco pay its share of corporate tax to the Australian govt as all the Australian-owned businesses have to or are they getting a special deal like they get for everything else?????????????

Has anyone purchased prescription glasses here? And if so do you recommend them for their quality and price? Thanks in advance

I tried - they have a special on lenses. They refused to serve me without prescription paperwork (even they had facility to create one based on my current one).
As a result I only bought frame and made lenses in another shop. What a weird place!

I believe Costco is Selling Spa's, has anyone got any feedback in regards to this?
3 answers
I found the staff to be very helpful at Costco and I do believe if u ask them if they had any issues with it they will tell you.. We bought a air fryer from them and took it back cause it rusted and they told us they have had allot of return on it due to that issue... Try them...
I bought a spa November 2015. I love it and have had no issues with it but I guess it is early days.
They do sell them, as one is on show at Adelaide opposite the reception desk.

Do they have sport equipment?
2 answers
Hi yes they do actually have it in Stock now... They also have amazing gym clothes and shoes.. But the stock isn't always the same so if it 's in Stock now it might not be in two weeks again.
I haven't found the gym clothes to be all that great. I bought sports shirts there are few years back and after one wash the fabric was ruined. I had them refunded. Never again.
I now shop for my clothes at the factory outlets - cheaper, better range so can find something reasonable.

Does Costco sell quiet dishwashers?
1 answer
Not sure to be honest, the range of white goods seems to be expanding, I noticed a display of huge LG washing machines when I was in store on Tuesday this week, the only downside with Cosco is you have to visist the store to see the range, or subscribe to their special offer emails, go have a look, its worth it for their excellent coffee at $2. cup!

Is Costco birthday slab cakes any good????
7 answers
Hi Aman, Not tried them, BUT, I have bought other confectionery items which I have found to be of a very high standard, including croissants, cup cakes, cheese cakes and almond croissants I am going to order two of the slab birthday cakes for my son's 21st at the end of April.
Cosco seem to produce foods of a very high standard.
Fairly poor. They look great and do a top job for the kids. They're cheap and cheerful. Sing the song, blow out the candles and a small slice of cake everyone. It's a very bland and fake flavour. But if all you want is the 'event' itself with the cake and candles and you're happy to throw out the rest of the cake, then it will do well. Don't expect to be eating the leftover cake the following night with a cuppa tea.
The cake look bad and writing horrible

Do you stock Canned Biscuits like the USA stores? I love them. We used to be able to buy them here in Australia in the 70's but haven't seen them for many years now. Would love it if Costco could stock them. I am sure they would be very popular. Joyce.

Question for those in Sydney - do they sell different 'cook yourself pizzas' at different stores? Im sure I saw a Supreme recently and when at Crossroads today, they say they havent shelved that type of pizza for over a year!
1 answer
I recall recently seeing something like "'cook yourself pizzas'" at Costco Auburn...but I much prefer the gigantic $15 pizzas freshly cooked for you and the big $2 cappuccinos to relax after shopping...all good stuff. The $2 hotdogs are good too...a great place for a feed that is affordable and tasty.
