I have used cubbi multiple times on multiple properties with results. As a private manager it allows me to advertise out there on the big sites with the agents etc.

I used Cubbi to help sell my townhouse recently. The team were always prompt in responding to my queries from identifying the most suitable package for me through to providing detailed assistance to me during sale negotiations. The advice was very valuable during the marketing of my property and they helped me to identify the best pricing and advertising strategies to get the most amount of potential buyers through the door. Would highly recommend them to anyone as I've saved nearly $10k in agents commission fees by selling the property myself using Cubbi. Great product.

The system is great have used it for many years. The service needs to continue to offer rent tracking but the landlord collects money and we pay a nominal annual or monthly.
Not having that pushes me toward online apps for rental tracking.

From setting up our ad to advertising open times, it was a straightforward process on Cubbi. There was a lot of useful advice available, and a bonus was being able to make changes to the ad quickly while it was 'live'. We've found tenants by using Cubbi before and would certainly use it again. Highly recommended!

Cubbi are great to deal with and provide a lot of valuable support at all stages of trying to find a tenant for your property. We have used them successfully several times for both our rental properties and have never had a problem!
