I purchased this machine to replace one which had "packed up". I like something which is easy to use and easy to clean. I am happy with the taste of the coffee. The machine is so easy to use that my six year old grandson can operate it. It is easy to clean.

Very easy to use, good range of coffee flavours, neat and tidy little machine . I found the milk burns easily in the bottom of the frother though which is hard to clean afterwards . Seems to have lost the pressure it originally used to run the water through each capsule.

I use my coffee machine almost every day as my husband and I both enjoy the taste of a good capaccuino, and when I make them at home they taste just as good as what I can get at a cafe. The machine is very easy to use, and cleaning is a breeze. The only thing is to remember to wipe out the milk frothed between each use so that milk doesn't burn on the bottom, but that only takes about 10 seconds, so no big deal.

I have friends with Nespresso machines and took their advice when I decided I want consistent good quality coffee. I noticed that the capsules able to be recycled and there's a large variety of coffees to choose from, including decaf. My machine has two setting for either an expresso size or a lungo size.

I'm no coffee guru but I enjoy a decent cup that isn't from Maccas. Much cheaper long term and it actually tastes pretty yum. Coffee pods are fun to buy when you go into store and get to try out all the flavours. Mine comes with a froth make but I seldom use it since I don't have time to clean it every morning.

I use this machine every morning (and sometimes twice a day if I'm feeling sleepy) and it makes a really good coffee. The small design makes it perfect for the kitchen, it's easy to clean and there's a really wide range of supermarket pods you can buy for this model.

Very good coffee machine. works ok for most people. its not a cafe quality. size is perfect, nice and very very very small. can be place in any room. the machine itself is not very loud, very quiet machine. very easy to use. overall for the price it is one of the best

My wife is very fussy about coffee and had never felt a machine could produce a good cup for less than $1000. The Nespresso Pixie has totally changed her mind. She will not go back to anything else. She even says Batista coffee from a cafe is no longer worth it.

I bought the machine awhile back and it is ok I would not go ape over it but as said it is ok. I like a coffee in the morning and the price of the pods are not worth it in my opinion. Most times I just make my coffee the old fashioned way.

I received this one for mother's day. One of the best home coffees I've ever had. Great for have afternoon tea with the family. The coffee taste is smooth and rich, so many great flavour choices. It's quick and easy to make. No worries to clean and looks great on my kitchen bench.

I have found this machine to make great tasting coffee and is so easy to use.
The only negatives I have found are that it does not make a coffee big enough for a 'normal' mug, even with the Lungo capsules, I have found I have to boil the kettle also to top it up. Not everyone drinks George Clooney style short blacks! Can also be noisy but I think all coffee machines are noisy. It also dribbles a bit when finished, even when switched off, so make sure you have something under there when you have finished with it.

Yes is easy to clean does not look to bad. I wish the water container was bigger. Also would be a lot better if it made hotter coffee. Very slow dispensing coffee. If it was a bit bigger and did not make as much noise would be better as well

I received this as a gift, but was considering buying one just as we received it. This makes great coffee with a great range of flavours and strengths. It's fairly easy to clean, but does need to be cleaned well and regularly.
Overall we are very happy with the unit, makes great coffee and is very simple to use.

This coffee machine offers easy use and affordable to buy. The coffee tastes very nice and has a nice range of coffee to buy for this machine. I'm sure you could spend more to get a better coffee but for a weekender coffee machine I think this one meets my criteria.

First of all, it makes great espresso no doubt.
Upon further exploring on the feature set, It was then realized that water level indicator had never worked. Out of curiosity, a further examination revealed that water level detection hardware wasn't even built into the machine although the recess is there. To me, this looked like a cost cutting measure by removing some key features without customers knowing its existence.

This is a great unit for the money, just keeps on keeping on. The milk warmer tends to get burn patches on the bottom over time which means the unit will kick a red flashing error and won't heat the milk properly. You basically have to clean it REALLY well after each use, simply rinsing won't cut it. Tho to their credit when i called about the flashing red light they sent me a new milk heating unit FOC as I was within the 2 year warrantee period - sweet customer service!

I've bought three of these units as gifts since my initial purchase and from all reports they're all going strong!

I purchased this coffee machine 4 years ago, and it has not missed a beat. This is a great coffee machine that makes a great cup of coffee. We normally take this away on holidays with us. I love this machine - it my favourite appliance. This is the first appliance I have owned that was manufactured by Delonghi, and I would definitely buy another.

Great little machine and does not take up much space on the bench at all. Around 4-5 weeks after purchase it started leaking. The process to get it repaired was ok with a loaner sent out before you sent them yours and on return of your repaired unit you just send the loaner to them at no cost to you just a little effort. In total it was about 2 weeks with a box of 20 free mixed coffee's as well. Maybe they could have give us more given that it was still new :-)
The report card for the repair simple read "Your Pump" Whatever that means?

Love the coffee and the machine is now working well after 3 months since purchased.
3 stars because it was faulty so soon, would have been 5 stars.
