hi, its the 6kg tumble dryer, there was no info booklet that came with it, it has the round filter cover at the back of the bowl but it wont pull off to clean and I dont want to force it in case its screwed in .

Hi There, I purchased a Devanti Oven Mod No: BIO- B-5F-BFE2-SS two weeks ago. I have a couple of questions to ask as I am having trouble with the oven.
1. Is this oven supposed to be Fan Forced.? I purchased it as the description on EBay said it was fan forced.
The instruction manual refers to the oven as a " natural convection oven" and doesn't mention fan forced at all. The only mention it gives is " an Ultra fan" . I don't know what this means.
2. Can you tell me where the top and bottom heating elements are placed. I can see the top one but the instruction manual says there is a bottom heating element as well.
3.When I use the oven the fan at the back of the oven is touching the cowling or something inside the fan compartment. The noise comes and goes as the oven heats up and cools down. The noise ranges from soft to very loud. Is there a way that I can get into the fan section from inside the oven compartment to see what the fan blades are hitting.
I would appreciate your quick attention to my questions as I don't want to use the oven any more till the fan problem is fixed.
The oven is only 2 weeks old and been used once.

Regarding the questions with the Fan-forced mode and bottom heating, we are still confirming with our purchasing team on this information.

Regarding the issue with the noise, it would be best if you could show the noise via a video so that we could investigate the issue. In this case, could you shoot a video to show the issue and send it to the original seller from where you purchased the item?
If the seller determined that it was faulty, the warranty would be claimed from the original seller, and please note that this is the normal procedure.

1. This built-in oven (model: BIO-B-5F-BFE2-SS) is fan forced.
2. There is no bottom heating for this oven and there is a mistake in the instruction manual. The manual has been used across a few models, and the suppliers may have missed this information out for this model. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused and we would amend the manual as soon as possible.

We have checked with our Devanti Customer Service team, and they have advised that you have been communicating with them via email and you has just informed us that the original seller do not exist anymore and the Range hood model you have is model "RH-C-90-TWA04".

We are very sorry to advise you that as we have made improvements to our range hoods range, we are not selling the model "RH-C-90-TWA04" anymore. Hence, we do not have the charcoal filters available for the model you have. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and we kindly seek your understanding on this matter.

However, the compatible charcoal filters would be available for purchase for our new range of range hoods. If you would like to check them out, they are available for sale on Ebay, Catch and other online shopping sites.

I have just received and set up a Devanti Wi Fi weather station and all is working except the rain gauge? I can hear the bucket clicking when I gently pour in some water but it is not recording any rain fall. I have reset the receiver but no change?

Hi Em,

I’m sorry to hear the water leaking issue on the water cooler.

Could I confirm with you that both the water cooler dispenser and 22L filtered bottle are Devanti’s?

There might be incorrect or incomplete parts assembly of the filtered bottle, on the part where it is connecting to the water dispenser.

This could cause the white ball float that is connecting the filtered bottle to the water dispenser to be left loose and the rubber tip that seals the tip of the float left uninstalled.

I hope that this information would help to solve the water leaking issue.

The manual states:
Heavy cycle: delicate wash suitable for silk??????
Can you please tell me if this is correct?
If it is not, are the other programmes correct?

I have checked with our Purchase team and they have confirmed that the program operations on the user copy manual are described correctly.

Please also kindly check that the clothing is suitable for washing machine use, as some delicate clothing may only be suitable for hand wash. Otherwise, we also suggest putting a laundry bag over the clothing before putting them in the washing machine so that they are less likely to be damaged.

Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear that the water was leaking from the cooler.

There are multiple reasons that might have caused the leaking water. Could you please advise us which part of the water cooler was the water leaking from and if the water container used is Devanti or another brand’s?

Another possible reason is that the rubber tip (separately packaged in a plastic wrap) that comes along inside the water cooler box package was not put on the water container before placing it on the water cooler which then caused the water leaking.

Thankyou for getting back to me. Facing the water cooler it was gushing out the left hand side of the cooler at the bottom of the blue plastic Devanti container. There are 2 parts the top then the white rim then the bottom blue container and it was coming out the left side of that. I didnt receive any rubber tip the only things in the plastic bag are the felt circular discs and I have no idea what they are for. the instruction booklet that comes with the cooler is terrible. The instructions are really bad.

From what you’ve described, it seems that there are some issues with the installation of the water cooler and water container, which might have caused some parts on the white ball float that is connecting the water container to the water dispenser to be left loose or uninstalled.

There should be a rubber tip that comes along inside the water cooler package. If this is not in the package, we advise you to please contact our Customer Service team and request for the rubber tip to be delivered to you.

The team will also be able to provide you with troubleshooting solutions, including assistance with installation parts. They might ask for photos/videos of the leaking water which would be helpful to better solve your issue.

May we clarify with you the bar fridge volume capacity of 190L that you’ve mentioned? We don’t have the said capacity but we have the 198L 2-Glass Door bar fridge model.

The full snow flake represents the cooling light and when this light is illuminated, it means that the fridge compressor is working to ensure the fridge compartment is at the temperature you’ve set.

The half snowflake represents the ‘defrost light’, which could be activated when there is a need for additional defrost, for instance, when there is an extra ice build-up. This is so as to support the lasting optimum performance of our bar fridges. If you require to do so, please press and hold the half snowflake button for 6 seconds.

Please note that there is already an automatic defrost feature on the cooler which runs cycles every 6 hours and each lasts for 20 minutes.

What is the actual temperature settings on the Devanti bar fridge? It has 1-5 which is not very helpful. Milk is not lasting as long as it should.

Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear that the milk did not last as long as it should’ve been.

Our Devanti bar fridges have a temperature range of 0 to 12 degree Celsius.
When turned on to the number 5 temperature setting, the bar fridge will be in the coldest and lowest internal temperature state.

There are multiple external factors that might have caused the bar fridge to not be as cold as desired. Some of these include the food load placed inside the fridge, surrounding temperature and frequency of door fridge openings. Please refer to the user manual that came along with the bar fridge you’ve purchased for more information and troubleshooting guide.

We do acknowledge that there’s no specific temperature range stated on the product manual and we will be relaying this to our Purchase team to modify and improve.

Our bar fridges have been designed in mind to ensure the lasting quality of food and beverages placed inside the fridge.

Can I please confirm which website did you purchased it from? We do not recommend you to fix it yourself before determine the issue with the Customer Support. After further investigation and determine the issue, they will be able to offer solutions to it.

How can I get the parts missing in my new air fryer you do not respond to my emails i purchased a 18lt air fryer it came with no rotisserie shaft and forks for roasting whole chickens. Its a great machine just missing core items.

I’d like to ask if the water filter container is a Devanti brand? Our bench top water coolers are designed to work with most filter containers and bottled water.

Our water cooler does come in with a water guide plate which can be removed when a water filter container is on the dispenser.
