Super conscientious breeder of excellent quality puppies
After buying a beautiful black and silver mini schnauzer from Gloria I can attest to the high quality of her breeding. My vet even took photos of her she was so impressed!
Gloria is a small-time breeder and takes very special individualised care of each dog and puppy.
She breeds with the aim of always maintaining the purity of the breed. She is a stickler for good genetics. She has her dogs DNA tested not only to ensure they are free of problems but also to ensure they are not carriers of problematic genes. That is why her puppies are of such...Read more

uyer beware there are some very bad breeders on their site as we learnt the hard way, we purchased a French Bulldog puppy from OUIOUI French Bulldogs Queensland, on dogzonline (a puppy farm) he was a very very sick little puppy and we had to put him to sleep at 5 and half months old.. and if something goes wrong.. you will get NO help from [name removed] from dogzonline..Similar opinion? Exceptionally bad service
I have sent at least 12 email to this organisation since 16 April 2022. The emails asked for a phone contact. None provided on 19 April 2022 email from [name removed] as me to "send detail and we will follow up". Since then I have continually endeavoured to contact them however no further response has been received. This was all about FALSE and MISLEADING information in relation to a breeder. Cannot understand how any business can operate in this manner. I live in hope that I get a response.

Don't expect papers
Breeders seem to register with Dogs NSW then advertise on dogzonline I know of people who have not received pedigree papers or Limited Registration papers and I am one of them I have been one of them I have been trying to get the paperwork for my Bichon Frise for 2 years and all I get is promises and excuses I do not understand why Dogs nsw do not realise that a lot of these "Breeders" never register litters and only advertise on Dogsonline.

So-So
Some breeders don’t even respond to queries on their ads and some that do are rude. Being nice dosnt cost a cent and even if it did with the prices some people are charging for dogs you would think they could afford some!

A registered pedigree breeder is no assurance
As dog lovers, my wife and I naively assumed that seeking out a registered pedigree breeder on DogzOnline would mean honest and professional dealings, with the welfare of dogs being their first priority.
We had the misfortune of visiting [Breeder Removed], where we were presented with a skinny and shivering pup, which we promptly fell in love with and paid a deposit on. Until this point, the breeder was very responsive to our enquiries, but later in the week when we enquired when we could receive the pup - everything went silent. After repeate...Read more
d polite attempts over a few weeks to contact them we knew something was very wrong, and asked for our deposit back. Suddenly the breeder replied, bizarrely blaming us, and told us our deposit was forfeit unless we forwarded thousands of dollars. We then asked SA Office of Consumer and Business Services to intervene, who advised us that consumers have no protection as [Breeder Removed] aren’t even a registered business in Australia. We also let Dogs SA know of their behaviour, but as of today they are still registered breeders, still advertising pups on DogzOnline, and still allowed to compete at dog shows. On reflection, we ignored the warning signs: they asked not one question about our suitability to home a puppy, the pup was scared of humans, and their dogs were locked outside in cages. [Breeder Removed] is everything an ethical buyer wants to avoid: A dodgy backyard breeder. Buyer beware of [Breeder Removed], [Details Removed]! Here is what I learned: - Make sure you go and see pups of the same age at more than one breeder. This is critical. You need to know what a well-developed and well socialised litter of pups looks like. Dogs should be plump, playful and confident (while awake). - Inspect the condition of mum’s and pup’s accommodation. Decide if you want a pup from a breeder that has them locked away in an outdoor cage, vs. pups raised in the home, already being socialised as part of a human family. The first three months of a dog’s life shape it forever (see what Dr Ian Dunbar has to say on this, google ‘Before you get your puppy’.) - Obtain details of the parents, and any genetic testing done, such as for heart conditions and predisposition to cancer. The cost of treatment for serious illnesses is astronomical, so you want to make sure the breeder has conducted appropriate tests for common problems with the breed. With the high price of pedigree pups these days, buyers can expect this. A breeder that has simply paired two dogs for a quick profit, without any consideration of health testing, will dodge the question or not contact you back.Similar opinion? misleading forum name
more like a closed Fakebook group - mainstream thinking and heavily one-sided with posters caring more about their own feelings and convenience than dogs; if you want to learn more about dogs: go elsewhere. However, if you like old ladys' tea party gossip: go for it.

Best pedigree dog breeder and dog show forum in Australia & NZ.
The best site to get in touch with breeders of pedigree dogs and avoid those scammers on other sites.
Dogzonline has been amazing with putting me in touch with people searching for puppies of my breed.
I also use this site to search items for sale and news of shows.
So easy to navigate. Thank you Dogzonline.

Looking for a registered, purebred dog of a recognised breed?
Dogzonline is an excellent resource for puppy buyers wanting to avoid the "designer dog" trap of crossbred and unregulated breeding of dogs. Advertisers must be Australian National Kennel Council (ANKC) registered breeders of recognised colours and are subject to the rules and regulations of the ANKC and their state kennel clubs. There are puppies and older dogs available with links to breeder's websites. Buyers still need to do their research on the breeds that interest them and the breeders but this site is an excellent starting point.

awesome site
This site has listings of almost every recognised purebred breed in australia, helpfully sorted into puppies, rescues, adults and breeders, and can be sorted by state/territory. It also has results, breed information pages, upcoming events and dog profiles so you can see what dogs are out there.
You still need to do your homework to see that the breeder is a responsible one and that they have what you are after, but it's great to have so much info in one site to help narrow down the hunt

Really useful website to find a pure bred dog.
Dogzonline is the only national Australian website that provides comprehensive info about pure bred dog breeders covering all breeds recognised by the Australian National Kennel Council (ANKC). It has a comprehensive menu of pages that allow breeders to advertise, and allow buyers to search, compare, contact and get more info from breed clubs and so on. As a private business where breeder membership is completely voluntary, there are some registered quality breeders around who don't use it so it should be only a part - but a major part - of a b...Read more
uyer's search. You can filter the lists by state plus NZ which can save time. There's the basic filter that advertising breeders must have a current rego number with their state member body of the Australian National Kennel Council, which means that at least notionally they subscribe to good Codes of Ethics. Obviously the old saying "buyer beware" always applies and buyers should do their own breed research and check the bona fides of the vendors. The breed profiles pages are a very useful snapshot of the significant dogs in your breed of choice, and their pedigrees. Although completing the pedigree section is optional most people do it. The cost to breeders is very reasonable. The cost to buyers is nil. It's a good place to start.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Dogz Online Stinks!!!
We went through Dogz Online with the false idea and impression that the website was for ethical registered breeders who were breeding for the love of the breeds NOT for money. Well we were sorely mistaken! We found a breeder on there (Negresca, from Bribie Island) who was planning a litter for pups. We told her we were after a blue female standard poodle pup. She said she was expecting that a blue female would be in the litter that was coming. She asked us to pay her a $500 deposit and that would secure t for us. She said if she did not produce ...Read more
a blue female she would give us a full refund. The litter came and there were no blue female pups. So we asked for a refund and she refused. We contacted Dogz Online to let them know what had happened and that this breeder had violated the websites T&C's by not providing us with any written refund policy. They said they would contact them. After chasing them up on it today they finally responded and said we had to go seek legal advise and that they didn't think this breeder had done anything wrong! It is bad enough that this breeder is being dishonest with us and stealing our hard earned money but for someone like this to be supported by this website? So they set rules and then don't expect them to be followed?!!! Well this has taught us alot about the world of Registered Breeders and the websites that support them. Ethical breeders???? What a joke!!! As for seeking legal advise? You bet we will.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Dogzonline service is pathetic
I have been a Registered Dobermann breeder with DogsQLD for 5 years, I have also been a member of Dogzonline for the same period of time. Dogzonline cancelled my account without any prior consultation, first I knew regarding the matter was when he sent an email saying my account was closed. Shame on you Dogzonline.
July 23rd 2022 Update: Most of the people that gave good reviews of DogzOnline were Breeders. Very few public have.
As an ANKC registered breeder for over 30 years, we advertised on DogzOnline for about 10 years, until a vexatious ...Read more
complaint was made against us (RSPCA Cleared us of all those false allegations). But that means nothing to DogzOnline, all he did was cancel our account without any prior discussion, that is not how an ethical business works. At the very least ask some questions before you just cancel an account based on false lies. If you are looking at buying a pup, I can only recommend to contact your local Registered Dog Governing Body, such as DogsQLD etc. Then speak directly to the breeder and see how long they have been breeding, how approachable are they, what do you get when you buy the pup, is it de-sexed or is the breeder to cheap to do the right thing. Many breeders will not allow you come to see the pup due to health concerns regarding diseases, which is good as they care about the welfare of their pups. If you have issues with the pup contact the breeder, if they ignore you contact their governing body like DogsQLD, don't waste your time with DogZonline, they can't and wont do anything about the pup at all.Similar opinion? Questions & Answers

Can i stud my british bulldog male

Hi Trudie.
Dogzonline is the wrong place to search for any information regarding dogs or the regulations etc that surround them. There is no one you can speak with as they have no phone number. Further more even if ask questions on line they ever give direct or understandable answers. The best was to find out about your enquiry is to speak wth the Breeders Association in your State. Dogzonline only take you money to advertise. My experience with them was horrendous. I reported a very suspect breeder with whom I dealt and the did not even contact me then. I then went to the local council where the breeder was located and also the RSPCA and still not a lot of help. I have been a breeder and when I was there were some very strict rules however strict rules no longer seem to be in existence. The dog breeding industry except for a very small percentage of ethical breeders has become nothing more than a dodgy money making industry. My advice is check with your local associations and certainly you local council as some rules with them do apply. Good luck.
You are right, no point in even contacting DogzOnline as they do not care one bit. I am in the process of finalising action against them and part of that shows a number of unscrupulous breeders that he allows to advertise on his site, whilst deleting reputable breeders that did nothing wrong, the reason as they are to lazy to look at complaints to see if they are genuine or not.
Best bet is contact the local authority like DogsQLD etc at least they take complaints seriously and don't just persecute innocent people for no reason.
Happy measked
Hopefully someone from DOGZONLINE will read all of the above and endeavour to contact the people who are complaining about their LACK OF SERVICE. However, I will lodge my complaint now ever day and keep pursuing them via Fair Trading Queensland.

Hi
Sorry only just realised this was here, I didn't receive any notification.
DogzOnline does not handle complaints like a professional business, if he did I would probably still have my account, instead of him cancelling my account after 10 years based solely on false allegations, which the RSPCA cleared me of. The RSPCA chief Inspector went as far as to say “Because the Reality is, I think in this case we can say you didn’t dock their tails that’s 100%” and “Everyone in this room knows the real person there” Implying who was actually responsible for damaging the tail of the pup.
But that means nothing to DogzOnline, persecute people that did nothing wrong and then ignore them. That is obviously his Policy, but it is good to see that the public are finally waking up to what he is like.
Regarding the issues with the breeder, all I can say is contact their local breeder association, that they are registered with and lodge a complaint with them, if you have proof that they did something wrong they will generally act, unlike DogzOnline.
It is difficult to find a good breeder so I always recommend contact their ANKC breeder association, but Googling will also not help, my reputation was destroyed because of vexatious allegations, and malicious comments posted online by gutless, low life gutter rats that hide on the internet.
Even though we were cleared of these lies, that does not stop the bottom dwelling Keyboard warriors out there, we are lucky that in 30 years of being registered breeders, according to DogsQLD we have never had one single substantiated complaint against us, if we did do what we were accused of, we would not still be registered.
If you are interested let me know, I will be commencing action against DogzOnline in the very near future, I already have a number of people that have provided information so more the merrier.
Many Thanks
Bert
Hi bert, keep me posted - dogzonline are no only unprofessional they are rude as well. Let me know if you need any more info.
Thanks
Lesley
Hi Lesley, Thanks for that. I agree 100%, what sort of business acts the way that he does, he said to me in an email, "you will understand then that we need to protect our reputation when we have a reasonable belief that there is an issue (especially with the way social media is these days). No court is going to punish us for that ... companies do it all the time as a result of social media campaigns."
He said he had a reasonable belief, but then writes in another email "Jenny was not a member of Dogs QLD (I have not verified if this is true or not though) and therefore if it was true, we had every right to remove her as she broke one our main conditions of membership."
So he cancels our account, even though he did not even verify if the claim was true. Businesses like him need to be exposed for their actions, as I have been told he has cancelled many breeders accounts in the past with no valid reason and I intend to hold him accountable. He was concerned regarding Social Media lets see how he goes when Social Media shows how he runs his operation.
If you would like to send me any info I would be more than happy to add it to the others that have sent theirs in as well. [email protected]
Kind Regards
Bert
Mandaasked
Is there a complaints line or someone higher than dogzonline?? Would like to put in a complaint about dogzonline..
Thank you
3 answers
Good luck with that Manda. I have been trying for two month to contact them. They have no phone number and I have sent about 16 emails . I had one reply very early on from a person called Troy Cummer. He never contacted me again nor have I had any contact with any other person from DogzOnine. As a result another unscrupulous advertiser gets away with false advertising and an unsuspecting purchaser get no assistance.
I have now contacted Fair Trading in Queensland - just another drawn out process. Would love to know how you get on.
Good luck with Fair Trading, hope you get some help.. Troy Cumner is very rude and will not help you at all! What we should all do is band together and take it to the media to get exposure because nothing works..
As per above sorry for the delay.
Totally agree, if you have a read of my message above. If it is regarding a breeder all I can say is contact their breeder association, you will get no help from DogzOnline, Troy Cumner is the owner, who is more than happy to cancel peoples account that have done nothing wrong, but fails to fix his mistakes when it is shown it was all lies.
Expose DogzOnline for what it is, share the links on Social Media, when I started this thread I was the only complaint, now there are more and more, the only positive ones are obviously from some of his breeder mates that got together to improve his rating.
Look at the dates of the positive reviews, I checked them out most are breeders and nearly all done on the same date, how is that genuine reviews? Product review should remove them.
