The staff at Echuca Dollar Curtains and Blinds provided excellent, professional service. They asked appropriate questions to ascertain my needs and then made suggestions. I was comfortable telling them if I did not like their ideas and we kept working together until every window in our newly built home had been covered. Installations went smoothly and when a minor adjustment was required they returned promptly and were obliging. I would highly recommend their services.

I visited the local store first, and I was even able to bring the sample products home first. Staff were all friendly, inc. the ladies who came to do the quote which was reasonably priced. Delivered as promised (i.e. prior to Xmas).
I was also looking for an outside type of blind but that was quite pricey.

Jenni from Dollar Curtain and Blind were easy to with and helpful. Good communication and friendly.
Final installation was efficient and they look really good! The blinds are fitted nicely and the workmanship very good.

Ordered just before Christmas cut off and had my curtains delivered and installed a month before Christmas entertaining . Office staff great to deal with

Would not recommend Dollar Curtains Chirnside Park.
They were cheap and cheap for a reason.
Quality of work is poor and not to mention staff are so rude.
Provided a damaged track and in 12 months have still not replaced it.
Demanding money for damaged product installed.
My advise is to keep away from this curtain company.

We were well looked after during the selection process, they gave a date and it was delivered early, the installer arrived on time and installed everything quickly and efficiently. All in all an excellent customer experience.

I have sourced all my blinds and verticals through Dollar curtains. They have a very good range in store and are very helpful with sizes, etc. They have quite an extensive range. I know if I do encounter a problem they will quickly rectify it.

A representative came to our home to fix a curtain pull cord which was still under a 2 year warranty.
The man who came out was very friendly and informative. He completed the job successfully and I was very happy with the service I received!

We had new sheers, blinds, and Venetian all installed on the same day. All were expertly installed well and all are in good working order especially the block out blinds behind the duetts.

We love our new plantation shutters and appreciated that the initial quote, the measurement and the installation were all done in a timely manner. Staff in the store were very helpful.

For our interior, we chose cellular blinds that provide insulation, light control and privacy. Constructed using a honeycomb shaped polyester anti-static fabric, they provide superior insulation properties in our increasingly hot climate - saving us energy & money. Externally, we chose 100% UV block out and anti-mould treated canvas awnings, again because of the superior insulating qualities.

Big samples of what you are going to get, make the buying decisions easy. Dollar Curtains and Blinds is one great store, which had some great samples of what we were going to get. Together with their knowledge of products and professional service, it was, even more, easier for 1st timers like us who were selecting blinds and shutters to decide what to buy.

I bought a couple of plantation shutters from DCB, which I had to wait for 10-12 weeks for them to arrive, but it was really worth the wait. They were good quality products, fixed by professionals.
