John arrived on time, understood our problem immediately and got to it. The service was friendly and efficient. The results were better than we'd hoped for. We'll use Drymaster again for sure!

Overall, I was happy with the clean. Old stains were removed or lightened to the point where they are almost invisible. (The carpet is light-coloured and 12 years old.) Carpets feel and smell clean. I did a thorough vacuum beforehand and that seems to have made all the difference to removing dust from the carpets. The steam clean removed most residual dust. (I vacuumed again once the carpet was dry.) There was a problem with one stain re-appearing, and John returned the next day to assist. Customer service is what I expect, better than many businesses today.

The service here is great. We had John come to clean our carpets and everything turned out perfectly - He was early, affable and a professional. So much better than we expected! Lovely experience dealing with Mark, Luke and the team. I work at a Display Home, and they were able to accommodate us by coming in earlier before we opened. The lounges were almost dry when complete, and Luke finished 3 lounge sets (13 seats) in 2hrs! Our white lounges, which see high traffic of people/kids/shoes were very well cleaned. We had Drymaster clean our carpets after our pug had a few accidents on the carpet. They showed up on time (were very personable and professional) and did an EXCELLENT job removing the pee stains. He even removed a bunch of candle wax that had melted onto the carpet (which I didn’t ask/expect them to get rid of). Definitely the best carpet cleaning we’ve had! Thanks!

I had my couches and carpets cleaned about 8 months ago by another service and was bitterly disappointed. After my appointment with dry master the carpet is cleaner than it has been in a year and my couches look like new! Definitely will be recommending them to friends!

Online booking, confirmation, invoice / payment receipt was easy and/or seamless. Technician (John) arrived during the time window promised, was helpful and courteous. John did not promise 100% clean result but explained what steps would be taken to remove the red wine stain and over delivered with his efforts to save almost brand new cream/white carpet. There was still some evidence of the stain while the carpet was wet but as it dried the stain is now barely noticeable. With some old fashioned in-house follow up treatment (50/50 water/white vinegar and bicarb layer), the stain should disappear completely.
