Would have my carpet cleaned by E-dry all the time. Pleasant operator. A fair price. A very clean carpet emerged from under the dirt.

Unfortunately my experience with E-Dry has been pretty bad. My appointment for carpet cleaning was on a Saturday morning between 8-8.30am on the Friday I received a call telling me that my appointment had changed to 11am which I could not do. So they did change it to 7.30am, which was great but at 6.45am Saturday morning I received a text the technician was now sick and couldn't make. of course!! I had taken the day off work specifically to get the carpets cleaned. Not to mention moved all the furniture. I have left numerous messages for someone to contact me, so far that hasn't happened. This business does not give good customer service.

They just didn’t arrive. Called me after appointment time to advise me that they would not arrive. This looks like a go between. You are not talking to the actual supplier.

Technician was held up at prior job but contacted me at told me he was going to be a little late.
(Not a problem for me, the courtesy phone call was sufficient).
Bashir turned up only 10 minutes late.
He was professional in his approach to his job and to me.
I had 5 bedrooms 2 rumpus rooms and 3 smaller rooms carpet cleaned.
Large furniture was removed and replaced back to the original position.
Bashir got help from another nice guy named Joe.
They both did their job well with no complaints from me.
Happy to recommend E-Dryto others.

The person came on time and he was nice, but he didn't vacuum the rooms before as the brochure said (industrial cleaning), took only less than 40 minutes to do the 5 rooms with preparation and explanation.
I emptied the rooms leaving beds, bedside table and sofas....nothing was moved to clean under.
The carpet looks the same.

I was very happy with the service on my unit which has two carpeted bedrooms that were cleaned.

Horrible customer service, call centre staff were so unhelpful I ended the call, and moved onto another company! It was like they didn’t want my business!

Horrible service we received, the servicemen obviously had better things to do than their jobs as the job was horribly done and when I complained, the same terrible service again. Finally, when they completed what I asked, third visit (clean the carpet properly) it was finally done!

We have had E-Dry clean the carpets a few times now and we can't believe how much difference it makes. My son's bedroom floor was really dirty and it came up brand new.

I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, thorough, quick and reasonably priced. Well done. I would recommend them. An efficient booking service too.

Not sure what was worst the cleaning or the redo.
The redo man came to argue and to was not willing even to try clean the spots left by the 1st cleaner. (The cleaner "cleaned" 4 rooms in 20 minutes!) After spending 15 min of arguing the job was good. He agreed to put a chemical and claim no stain came out even though the cloth came very dirty. Very unprofessional, horrible experience.

We had two cleaners earlier in the week who did not clean under bedside tables or the bottom of walk in wardrobes or behind doors.
I rang Edry and complained and they sent Matthew who explained everything to me and thoroughly vacuumed, I was thrilled! He also replaced the furniture to their rightful positions, furniture that I had had to move so the first cleaners could clean under and behind them and I might add I am in my sixties.
I would definitely use this company again but would request Matthew next time.

Our upholstered lounges were "cleaned". We were very unhappy with the finished product I.e. surface stains still evident. We asked for a redo. When the technician arrived he argued that the process was not explained to us properly. He stated that when upholstery is cleaned it is purely to lift sweat stains and be "sanitised" and that it was unrealistic to expect any stains would be removed. As these are decorative seldom used lounges I find it strange that sweat marks would need to be removed in the first place. He then said he had not bought the equipment needed to redo the lounges even though these were the instructions given. Lazy technician, unhelpful, unprofessional, argumentative. Will NEVER use or recommend this company again.
