Perfect lounge suite clean
Fantastic effort and customer service received. Even happier that the guy managed to get every stain out of a loung suite that belongs to a family with 3 children.
Unexpected perfection
This is our first time. NO soggy carpet, NOT chilling at all, so much better for our health. A wonderful job and the stains mostly gone. Very friendly and professional gentleman. I would not hesitate to use your company again I will tell my friends about your company, very happy customer.
Inexpensive, professional carpet cleaning.
Our end-of-lease carpet cleaning was made easy for once! The technician was able to come to the unit early in the morning when we were not there, which suited us, and used special products for stains that made the carpets come up like new.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quick, easy, and inexpensive such a great job could be in Sydney.
I will definitely use E-Dry next time.

Quick, easy and great results
Overall, very pleasant service from chatting to 'reservation' about what I really needed and dealing with the technician himself.
Reservation where able to answer all questions knowledgeably, and understood exactly what I needed. The technician remains clear about what was happening, what products he was using, and on-going care I should take on the carpets.

Decent Service but can improve
The cleaner was on time & courteous.
He finished the job very quickly in 1hr & 5 minutes.
We asked the carpet to be raked after cleaning & he said it was not necessary. We later realized we should have insisted on the raking as the carpet felt a bit rough after drying out.
I believe the time allocated to each job is too short. They need to clean the carpet more thoroughly.

Money grab
5 bedroom house, 5 minute set up of gear, 10 minute vacuum of all rooms, sprayed some carpet shampoo, polished the carpet with rags on a rotary buffer. 50 minutes from start to finish. $135 for the job. The carpets looked the same. The guy cleaning the carpets said that this was the standard amount of time to clean a house of this size. Money Grab. [name removed] must be a rich man.

I spilt coffee on our sons carpet. Trying to mop up the stain I made the carpet fade in colour. E-Dry was the best option to have our sons two bedroom unit cleaned. Unfortunately, the stain still remains. We will have the stained carpet replaced. The rest of the carpet in the unit has been deodorised sprayed for insects and scotch guarded. We are pleased with the E=Dry clean. Quick to dry and the Service was pleasing. We realise that some stains are impossible to remove. We would use E-Dry for our own carpet if and when it was necessary.

CANCELLED appointment!
edry CANCELLED half an hour AFTER scheduled appointment time citing "the van broke down" .....yeah right!
A major inconvenience for myself and considering the $$$ they charge not an acceptable level of service.

Excellent at their work but lousy at their promise of sending $20 voucher! Emailed them twice with no response. It's disappointing not even to get a reply to 2 emails I sent them about this.

Hi l was very happy with your courtious staff & the work completed.
Unhappy they turned up later than anticipated, after 4.30 . it was raining, & too late in the day to dry before the family came home...so carpet smelled that night & for the next day.

My experience with E-dry was very positive right from start to finish. When making a booking the staff was very informative and I received confirmation of booking and reminders. Ben from E-Dry came out on the day and did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Carpets, lounge and rugs came up like new
Best Job Ever
The technician we had did a more than satisfactory job, we were most happy with the outcome. He got stains out that previous technicians were unable to remove. Took great care with our lounge and explained all aspects of the process.
Very happy overall
Second time I have used them and both times I have been happy with the service. Price was competitive and matched what I was quoted. Both times they turned up within a 30min window and were friendly and easy to deal with. The first time they spent extra time trying to remove mild marks but were realistic on what outcome I should expect, and importantly weren't attempting to hit me up for extra payment unnecessarily. Overall I have used two other companies and this service I consider to be the best of all 3 for our 3-4 room house.

I have never received such disgraceful service from a carpet cleaning service. When I asked them to speak to the Sydney manager concerning the absolutely disgusting customer service they so call connected me to [name removed] E-Dry Sydney manager for the region (who himself had no idea about customer service himself). The Richmond NSW manager - she was not nice, I have no idea how they even employ her as their face of their company for that region. E-DRY you really need to employ someone to train your employers how to deal with your customers. I will never use your service (I can't say again because they cancelled four times with only half an hour notice each time). Unreliable plus!!! Do not even consider calling them!!!
Disgusted!!!
To say that I am totally disgusted is an understatement. I have been dealing with incompetent cleaning technicians and lying phone bookers. E-Dry damaged my carpet with cleaning fluid thereby leaving a large bleached stain in the middle of my lounge room. This was not apparent until the carpet had dried. They failed to turn up to two rescheduled appointments to rectify this matter, despite me being assured that if the technician failed to attend then a supervisor would personally attend. They are lying shonks. There are constant "emergencies" by technicians leading to cancellation of your appointment. The third appointment I had to ring and ask where the cleaners were as they had not even bothered to contact me and was told there had been "an emergency" and nobody would be coming out. I asked for the supervisor to attend as promised but the supervisor was having the day off! When I rang the international call centre today to complain that I had still not received a call from the Area Manager as promised, they knew little about my matter and after 20 minutes on the phone, most of this on hold, they were unable to get hold of him and said he was probably still at a funeral. I have never known a company to have so many personal emergencies and a funeral at 4.30 in the afternoon. I will definitely be taking the matter further. These people deserve to be closed down.Don't Use!
Technician was clearly wasted when he arrived to clean couches and carpets. But the couches now stink..a damp, dirty water smell, really bad. Dodgy and poorly maintained gear. Money back guarantee is nonsense..all they do is offer to send another technician to do the job again. Avoid.
Unreliable
they rang me chasing business. I had used them before and was satisfied. So Tues 24/11 at 9am. I moved all of the small furniture and cleared all outside. A call at 9am to say they couldn't make it. What is wrong with this company. It's a shame to say but don't bother with them.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible (For Want Of a Better Word)
On reading these these reviews, I feel that I am now a member of a club that I didn't really want to join.
I had a sofa that was in need of general cleaning and now, after calling E-Dry, is now in need of intense cleaning, if not replacement.
The first 'technician' that attended left the sofa in an awful state, with dirty water marks left around the buttons.
On ringing the company when this was discovered, they offered to send the same person to rectify the situation as there was a guarantee. I said I would rather have a different technician
Do not use. Waste of time and money.
After three cancellations on their part a representative finally turned up (late) and then after showing them the stains on the carpet (not many), he proclaimed that he could not guarantee that they would be removed and spent a maximum of 40 minutes cleaning 4 decent sized bedrooms and a long hallway. The carpet actually looks and feels worse and did not seem any cleaner. Customer service and communication was poor. Would definitely not recommend this company. They are a waste of time and money. Wish I had read these reviews beforehand.
UNRELIABLE!!
Wish we had read the reviews before booking with this company! Took a day off work and spent the morning moving heavy furniture into the kitchen and bathrooms in preparation for cleaning to take place. Rang earlier in the morning to confirm that the appointment was to go ahead without any trouble only to be called 30 minutes before they were due to arrive to have them cancel!
We then firmly insisted that they would have to find another person to come and fulfill the appointment. The customer service rep said she would see what she could do and

They phoned the day before to change my appointment time from the afternoon till the morning. The next day they didn't turn up for the arrange morning appointment and 1& 1/2 hours latter they phoned to say the technician was sick and wouldn't make it and to phone back and make another time. I emailed them to reschedule another time but to date I haven't heard from them. Great customer service, you wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole would you.

A few weeks ago, I made a booking for e dry to come and clean the carpets in my 2 bedroom unit.
