I am so happy with my dealings with E & S. I was able to order a washing machine from you so easily online, have it confirmed the next day and have it delivered on my chosen delivery day with no hassles and no issues. Your delivery was seemless from start to finish as well - a delivery window was texted to me the day before and your people were there right on time, they installed my machine quickly, tested it and took away my old machine and the packaging with no trouble at all.
As a bonus, your prices were way cheaper than your competitors as well which made this purchase from you a no-brainer.
Thank you so much for taking all the hassle away from this buying experience.

E&S have gone out of their way to make and keep us happy, I am amazed what they will do for their customers, I would have to give them 10 out of 10 even when we were not the easiest to deal with.

We ordered everything required for our renovation from E and S, spending over $40,000 in total on two orders made in September and October 2015. We are STILL WAITING for some of our order to be delivered. E and S have cost us thousands more in delays to our renovation and hours and hours of time spent chasing up our orders. They have repeatedly lied to us about the status of our order but we are stuck with them after having paid the majority of costs and having ordered some things that needed to be custom made. We are exploring our legal rights. Do not buy anything from these incompetent idiots.

Daniel was very patient spent several hours with us and provided good advice, great service and the best prices. Follow up discussions have been great with calls returned and delivery arranged.

Bought a GE Fridge from Dfo Essendon from Alex, Amazing Sales Person, we have bought heaps of other equipment also, great service and great price, we were looked after really well by Alex especially when our GE Fridge started causing problems, our warranty had run out and when we contacted the actual supplier they were not willing to help out and wanted us to pay for the service call and parts and labour costs, so we rang Alex spoke to him and sorted it all out for us with no cost to call out fee and to fix our fridge.

This is (yes still is as I'm still waiting) the worst appliance purchase experience I've ever had. The sales person was unfriendly from the start and I should have left then but paid for the fridge. When I rang about the order was advised to ring her back the following day to remind her she needs to check it!! I complained to the store manager. 7 weeks after I paid for the fridge got a phone call from E+S trading warehouse the fridge is ready to be delivered. Then got a text confirming the delivery 9 am next day. An hour later a brief phone message advising me they have no fridge to deliver. Rang the salesperson again, she can't help cause the warehouse is closed. To be continued...

Great range and good pre sales service but getting your order delivered is a nightmare. I asked for my goods to be delivered in four lots during a renovation. E&S managed to get all four deliveries wrong.

After a few months of deciding all new top end kitchen appliances, I found that the required ordering paperwork was not up to date and I had to chase this. [Name removed] busy signing up the next punters- finish the paperwork for your existing clients first!! Ideally you should be able to deal with any consultant to access your order. This was not the case. Will write a letter to e and s to suggest improvements. As the customer you shouldn't have to chase up paperwork. Disappointing. Was going to purchase a 700$ tap but will go elsewhere now. Delivery tomorrow so stay tuned!

Bought a Villeroy and Bosch kitchen sink from E and S trading and within a matter of months it had scratched badly. No joy with Villeroy and Bosch as they said it was normal wear and tear. While E and S were sympathetic they really did nothing.

Purchased a Siemens dishwasher from E & S Trading---machine failed as did the follow up service from Bosch--E& S trading organised the removal of the Siemens machine & organised Miele to install one of their machines----full marks to E & S trading love you & love your service.

I purchased a Siemens oven from E&S Trading in Geelong. The sales guys were really helpful and explained the products quite well. The oven was delivered on the day I asked for and within the promised time, right to the oven cavity in the kitchen.

The oven is top notch kit and is an impressive addition to the kitchen.

We bought a large number of items for our bathroom renovation. They were great on price and service. Only too happy to change order and provided flexible delivery.
When 1 item was faulty they arranged for a replacement straight away. No questions asked.

They really looked after us and I will have no issue shopping there again. Great staff and attitude.

E&S Trading have everything you need and the best prices Australia wide. I purchased all my appliances there (@ the DFO in Essendon), plus a double spa & a kitchen Aid. They are worth the 3hr trip from where i live. I recommend them to every1....on top of their huge product range and uncomplainable prices, their service is what counts the most. Friendly, helpful, efficient & very reliable. I have great trust in this company.

Best place to buy all your household appliances. Service is A1!! I highly recommended e&s! I have purchased all my household appliances from e&s DFO in essendon. They stock all ranges of models to suit your budget. They can also take your orders over the phone without you going in, its my favourite store!!
Professional. Know the products

I had a faulty top end kitchen appliance break down. The manufacturer failed dismally to provide back up. As this product was out of warranty, but not much over, I think what E&S did by backing me up was absolutely admirable. They even paid for replacement parts and said that they would be the ones to pursue the issue further with the manufacturer, that I should not have to have this inconvenience. I will add also that I have made subsequent purchases - received great prices and again, fantastic service.

At this point I won't give name of manufacturer, I believe it's the Aust Importer that needs fixing
