Perfect service
Bought goods Smeg upright stove, rangehood, etc and had totally hassle free transaction. Price was really good. Delivery was on time and I couldnt have wished for a better buying experience. Buying from E & S Trading was a really positive and rewarding experience. Compared prices and could not have done any better.

Is E&S simply incompetent?
- They have failed to deliver the correct order.
- They have failed to swap the delivered item with the correct one, affecting the progress of the whole renovation work.
- They kept telling me the order will be swapped the next day, which has not happened.
- They charged me 25% restocking fee on another item which was not even opened but refused to compensate their fault for the wrong delivery.
Each time I called, I was told I will receive the good I have paid for *tomorrow*, nice to hear, until the next day, when you realise nothing is delivered.

Review of Buying experience through E&S Trading online.
Brought a fridge from E&S using only their online site. Site easy to navigate. It didn't have all the information I needed on the fridge, but found this information can easily be found on the suppliers site - so no big deal. I got the fridge + delivery + extended warranty for cheaper than any shop price (Harvey Norman/Good Guys), and any other online site (appliances online) - so committed to the buy. emove my old, broken fridge. I gave their service line a call to ask what I can do and the friendly lady told me that removal is part of the service, but to make sure it is done and the driver knows - add the details to the "additional notes" section when checking out - which is what I did. Delivery guy came, very friendly and professional. Unpacked my fridge at the truck, wheeled it in, installed and powered it on, and then took away old fridge. No fuss, no hassles. Cheapest online price I could find. No fuss, no hassles transaction. None really. Site had options to deal with my requirements and service phone line was very helpful and friendly.Similar opinion?
