I'm very happy with ECCO customer service. I had some family issues and I couldn't return it in 30 days time frame (I contacted them after 36 days). I contacted the customer service and they gave me the opportunity to send it back! Thanks ECCO!

I have bought ECCO shoes for 14 years. They don’t wear out or breakdown. I have still 3 pair of casual and business shoes that are up to 12 years old.

I’ve worn these shoes out walking and out to lunch, they look great and they are so comfortable I forget I have other shoes.

Just received a new pair of ECCO Biom Cool Pros. Best golf shoe ever and that’s saying something as I have had a few Eccos and they have all been great!

I love ECCO shoes and wear nothing else, I have done so 25 years or more. My feet are 79 years old, supported me through a nursing career of 50 years +. My feet are long and thin with arthritis now. Your shoes are very kind to them and size 42 are a blessing.

The store was easy to navigate and I’ve always been happy with Ecco shoes. I like the fact that the size will always fit comfortably whether in store or online . Other brands fluctuate with actual size vs the size printed on the show

When I reported the stitch issue of my shoes, Ecco is honest and drying their best to resolve the problem.

Bought a pair of the off road sandals in Ireland while on holiday from Australia. Thought they were expensive, however I have worn them almost daily for the last 6 years. Comfortable, light and have worn them for many a job that was hard on them.
Delighted to get another pair

Recently I had reason to approach Ecco Customer Service regarding a problem with a pair of golf shoes. I had purchased the shoes a number of years ago so they were well outside the warranty period. Ecco reviewed my concerns and ultimately replaced the shoes with another pair of golf shoes of my choosing.
I was extremely pleased with the response from Ecco Customer Service and I am delighted with my new golf shoes.

Online is very easy to navigate, clearly displays colour and size availability. These slimmed down version of the Off-road sandal is as comfortable as original. Great customer service.

I have worn Ecco shoes for more than 20 years and found them extremely comfortable and long wearing. I recently had a problem with a pair and contacted customer support. They were extremely helpful and replaced the shoes without any issues. Ecco provide a great product and have excellent after sales service.

Returned a pair of faulty shoes purchased online. The customer service team quickly and professionally offered a new replacement to me unexpectedly which I received within 8 days of making contact.
