Great service, explained everything they were using carpets came up like new.
Very pleasant helpful,ontime guy who did the cleaning stains were removed and it dried as quick as promised I would highly recommend Electro Dry.

Eldery parent had some spills. Carpets and chair look new again. Freshened up for their return from hospital . Freindly service head down bum up got the job done quickly with limited space.

Pablo arrived at the given time. He was very professional and cleaned my rugs very effectively and in a timely manner. He was very tidy and put everything back in its place for me. 10/10 service!!

I used this company several years ago to clean three of my rooms that all had Hi Lo carpet, I was disappointed as all they could do with their polishing machine with pad on was spread out the residue flicking some of the dirty water on to the lower walls, the pad was only rinsed twice. Management said these machines are only for a low residue clean, and we could do it again. I refused. I believe these machines could do a good job if the pad is rinsed every few square metres.

Thank you so much to Pavlos who did an upholstery clean on our lounge suite today. We can not believe it looks as good as new, we are so happy with the result. Fantastic friendly service, thanks again Pavlos and Electrodry.

I wanted to thank Ken the service technician for his professional, polite and friendly manner. He cleaned my mother's carpets beyond my expectations. Many old stains cleaned up really well. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Lounge chair was badly water damaged by contractor, now has large water stain on headrest and arm which cannot be removed, company blamed me saying that i must have used some kind of a chemical on it. Beware they dont wet furniture too much

Called up and spoke to a polite, helpful Electrodry agent. I was booked in for the next day, 9am.
Costs were explained up front.
Matt the carpet cleaner arrived on time, was courteous, explained what was required.
Master bedroom and lounge were cleaned in under an hour.
Carpets were spotless, really impressed.

The technician was punctual and came at the time we had arranged.
Hes was dressed appropriately, and explained the prestain treatment and asked if I wanted to have the option, which I agreed to have done. He was pleasant and had a great attitude to his work.
I was also told honestly before the work was commenced of the probable outcome of the work before he commenced work on my carpets. As the carpet had a few areas that were fairly stained, I think his opinion was fair.

I had my two King Cloud recliners upholstered in a light grey fabric - big mistake, don't do it! They're about 5 years old now, and over that time I've had Electrodry clean them, and then my cleaner's do it with their carpet steam cleaning machine. They had gotten really bad again - very grubby on the head rest and on the arms, and various marks on the seat cushions. I just had them re-done by Electrodry, and the results were fantastic! It was defnitely better than what our cleaner's could do, and I think it was this good last time Electrodry did it too. $110 far cheaper than the $1780 for King to re-upholster them!! They're pretty much like new and it took about an hour (then all day/overnight for them to dry).

I rang and was put on to the man with my postcode and was told sorry but I don't do that service and was told by him to ring back the number and use 5000 as the postcode. I rang the number and the person on the phone gave me a rough costing and that she could send someone out to quote the job. She then told me to hold the line which I did, when she returned informed me that the rep in my area didn't offer that service ( which I already knew ) and sorry she couldn't help me and ended the phone call. I had my carpets cleaned at a cost of 500 dollars. The fellas that came were really pleasant, this was the first job for this fella without full supervision. The carpets looked good and stains appeared to be gone. It took a lot longer to dry than anticipated and slowly over 2 weeks the stains reappeared, spread out and less obvious but there. I bought a Bissell cleaner and on first use the water was quite brown which really surprised me. It took a couple of hours to dry and the carpets look bright and it smells amazing. This was at a cost of 345 dollars. An expensive lesson for sure.

I was happy with the service and the steam clean. There were some stains that did not get removed but I was told they may not come out before they started.

The carpet was very grubby but it turned out above what we expected after their service. Will be good if it is a little bit cheaper.

My white linen lounge has big pale yellow patches after being cleaned . The water has stained my lounge. The job was rushed & didn’t do 1 side of lounge at all. All my furniture surrounding was also covered in water.
I have made several phone calls & emails trying to get it rectified but 6 weeks later nothing has been done to try & fix it. I get a response saying we are looking into it & speaking to an upholster but never spoken to me again. I’m so upset & cant believe a big company can do this damage & not fix it.

The guy arrived exactly on time, was friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. Removed the smell and dirt from our mattress.

Had my tiles and grout cleaned and sealed paid $1000.00 they left the floor wet and stained the tiles looked worse than before the clean. Plus after it was done I was told they only seal the grout not the tile even though I was told that’s what they were doing. Plus it’s called tile and grout seal. But they only seal the grout. They were meant to get back to me in regards to fixing the mess they left but have heard nothing in 5 months even spoke to a man in his van outside the house 2 months ago and still nothing. Absolute thieves.

Have called a number of companies for quotes following our kids being sick... after 5 minutes, i had still not received a firm quote, just a bunch of sales dribble.
