Loved the performance and suction, great to maneuver and picked up all the pet hair on hardwood.. After two years the battery charge only lasted about 5-8 minutes and now at 3 years I am lucky if I can get 2 minutes out of it.. Ready to go to the curb :(

Purchased this vacuum about 2 months ago. I was very sceptical as the previous models all had really bad reviews, mainly with charging problems. However, the sales person said this model has had an extreme makeover and it comes with a 90 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with it for ANY reason. Plus is has some other platinum warranty whereby they collect it from your door if it breaks down and needs repairs under warranty. I love the look of it, the way the head moves easily around corners (180 degrees) and easy to get unde...
Read morerneath furniture. It's very easy to clean and empty the filter, although the container could be larger. I have mainly wooden floors, one large rug and a dog and it does a good job picking up all her hair. The brush is very easy to remove and comes with a cutting device (foot activated) so you don't have to cut the hair out of the brush with scissors. They advertise you get 45 minutes running time, although the manual says 37 minutes, but this is only on the low setting, which personally I don't see the point in using. If however, you use the high setting, it lasts for approx 15 minutes. I'm happy so far, but if the charge changes to less than 15 minutes I will be changing it for a Bosch!Ok when it works. Suppose to last for 45 minutes. But my wife complains it does not last any more than fives minutes. Support from Electrolux hard to come by. Not even a year old and looks like it will go to land fills or recycle. Can one replace the lithium battery?

Since writing my original review in June 2016 the head of this vacuum recently disconnected itself from the body of the vacuum cleaner. Not great, considering only 10 months old, however, the warrant...
