Just started receiving my fishing magazine subscription in the mail, although it took a while to arrive. I can't complain as it was a bargain compared to what other providers were offering.

Received the dash cam in the offer within three working days will wait an see about the magazine in due course. The reviews had me a bit worried.

Paid my good money for no return ..its about time someone closes this sham down before more people get ripped off and shame on you 4wd action mag for promoting these fraudulent fools

Paid for items but they never sent them.
Got email stating the item was sent but never was sent now out of pocket and contacted legal action to recover money.
DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Bought a subscription offer. I received the special. Still waiting for the magazines rang left a message no reply. Tried to track my order (order number is wrong) If you don't want to be ripped off just buy the magazine from the newsagent!!!

Ordered a subscription as a gift for the mother-in-law in May 2016. Negotiations commenced with 4wdsupacentre (who is now the contact point) in Sept 2016 as no magazines were received. They admitted it was a system glitch and promised to refund the money. It never was refunded and the contact I was corresponding with no longer works there. Now all of a sudden the case is closed as they can't find my order number???? NEVER purchase anything from these guys.

In January we purchased 10 Caravan magazines and haven't received any as yet...rang them today for [name removed] to tell me they had a computer glitch so all past orders have not been processed...is this place for real...I replied you took our money so you had our name and contact details and you couldn't contact us to tell us....oh but we have people working on doing just that she said...blah blah ....won't be doing any business with them again.

Received the renewal letter, posted off with details. Money has been debited but no issues sent after 4 months. Emails bounce back, phone calls not returned and finally when I get through they ask me to renew at an inflated rate and ask what are they supposed to do about it. Won't be buying any subscriptions of their mags again.

I received an email saying that my subscription was about to run out. This was 6 months in advance. Ever since then I have been attempting to contact them by phone and email, to no avail. I have now not received the last 3 months of my subscription and have also resubscribed 2 months ago. I'm still having to buy the mag off the shelf. I have been a subscriber to this mag for 4 years or so and will never subscribe again.
Update. Finally found an email address that someone monitored. (through a friend of a friend) The magazines are arriving again and I have been promised that the subscription will be extended to cover the missing mags.

With all the reviews I've read on this store, I lent on the benefit of the doubt concept. I FAILED!!
Still waiting on order since the beginning of the month. I rang them and they told me that it will be another 2+ weeks till I receive 1 of 10 of my monthly subscriptions and then another couple of weeks till I receive the promotional items. The deals and prices looked good on the website, but it looks like your order comes with extensive delays or even the non receipt of your order. I don't think this site will last much longer. Shop somewhere else or if you do order and don't receive your order in under a week, consider your money taken. I'll be taking it to Paypal to see if they can help getting my money back.

I bought a subscription for my brother in law for Christmas. The order was inputted wrong in the system and I received the mag instead of him. I've tried contacting them only to get a recorded message, after a long wait, to say they will call me back, which they don't! They answer their new subscription phone line immediately but are unable to help me as I have to talk to customer services who they cannot put me through to! I will never again buy a magazine subscription through the magstore!!! Very disappointed and annoyed!
