Quick to breakdown- very poor customer service under warranty
The washing machine stopped working and didn't drain cycle. Being under warranty and only 20 months old I got in touch with the repairers. Customer support has been very slow with emails and calls not returned. Repairers came by to fix it but were not able to. They had to order parts and this has taken too long. Its been over two months since breakdown and reporting to Euromaid. The washing machine has still not been repaired. I will not recommend Euromaid for these reasons; faulty products and poor customer service.
Purchased in May 2021 at Harvey Norman for $399.00.

The job reference number through Glendimplex is 404632. My property manager Kelley Woods has been dealing with the repair. We have a very frustrated tenant who is upset about not being able to use the washing machine for over 2 months.

Awful quality and poor customer service
Purchased machine 8 months ago and seal for door has broken. Was ok til then. Now leaks water everywhere. Took the warranty people nearly a week to tell me they wouldn’t bother fixing it because I must’ve broken it.
It’s going to cost $300 to fix a machine that’s 8 months old and only cost $450 in the first place!
What on earth does the warranty cover???

Useless instruction manual, poor customer service
I have a 10kg front loader and the instruction manual is rubbish. Very poorly translated and therefore difficult to understand. I have been trying to work out how to save my favourite wash settings so I don't have to press eight buttons every time I wash, and the instructions make no sense. There is an instruction on the control panel that advises to press for 3 seconds to store wash settings but there's nothing to actually press, and the manual gives a different set of instructions using buttons which don't exist. in the same manual being emailed to me (after waiting nearly a week for a reply) and a request for further information has gone unanswered. A pity as the washer is actually quite good, but I cant explore its full potential owing to the poor instructions. I have posted a question on this website which has also gone unanswered. After writing this review I gave the company a chance to respond prior to publishing the review but there has been no response.Purchased in June 2021 at Appliances Direct Online for $999.00.

Best money spent
Our 10kg euro is fabulous for our family of 6, and doing full time cloth nappies.
Large enough to wash queen size blankets.
Different wash sizes available as low as 2.5kg to 10kg
20-90 degree wash programs
Able to pause wash to add more items is another great option
Has kept up well with our muddy camping clothes and cloth nappies all come out great couldn't love it any more

Best washing Machine
Washes perfectly, dries really well, best part is it can do a full 8kg load in 28 minutes or 37 minutes on warm water. This has saved so much time on washing I can't believe I had coped without it.
Only issue is the energy rating is a bit average when using 40 degrees of water but I wash cold 99% of the time.
Purchased in March 2021 at SA Appliance Warehouse.
