A bit worried but it came through
After ordering a desktop monitor for the PC on a Wednesday, there was still nothing on the Monday morning. Logging in showed that it was still Pending Payment, even though it was paid on the same day as the order. On the monday afternoon, an email came in saying it was with TNT for delivery and there was a tracking number. It arrived the next day. Not sure if that is a 3 or 4 star as the monitor is very nice for its price, but it is a bit of a hope and pray situation.

A great choice
I bought an OLED TV about a year ago and I had no issues, the price was about 70% off and the TV is totally perfect. Now I have just bought another one at about 55% discount. I would highly recommend exploring this option.

Great price on a nice fridge
We bought a Samsung French Door fridge for well under half the normal retail price. It had very slight marks on it but most rubbed out. It works very well... the fridge was delivered on the day arranged. We are very happy to recommend them... sure beats paying retail.

Bought a LG WD 1411SBW front loader and never got delivered
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/ ENERGY. Took more than a week before I heard ‘anything’. Then I was asked for more money, after the sale was completed via voicemail with no return number. The contact number listed rings out and a voicemail then states “your call cannot be taken and you cannot leave a message” so you can never track your goods. You email constantly and they return calls via some outgoing ‘call centre’ who are rude and obnoxious with no interest in the sale just trying to get more money for delivery. provide their own online postage calculator. Therefore, there should be no other hidden surprises. However, the ‘faceless’ people have no qualms in asking and or attacking the buyer verbally over the phone when they protest this discrepancy. ELDERLY/VULNERABLE BEWARE, the faceless internet ‘callers’ may put pressure to proceed with the purchase as it’s the only option. My advice if anyone finds themselves in a similar position is to demand a refund. Charging more money after the sale is said and done should never be at the buyers expense. The lack of communication and unmanned company contact number demonstrates a clear insight as to what the future dealings with this company may be like if any issues arise with your product. ANY SAVING HERE IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!
I would give no stars if I could!! Faulty LG fridge/freezer delivered, got in contact with David from Campbelltown store who sold us the product and all he has done is lied and gave us the run around.. And we lost over $500 worth of meats and food that they do not want to compensate for.. Also they scrub the serial number off because it’s not brand new and it’s not warranted by the manafacturer it’s by Factory Plus! Please do NOT buy from Factory Plus Campbelltown..

Great service
I bought a product there was a glitch with the online purchase. With one phone call which was about five min problem solved. Fridge was delivered promptl. I was impressed with the speedy resolution to the situation
