I was surprised how quickly a plumber could come out to look at my blocked drains. Matt was professional, with a friendly, caring manner. He assessed the problem quickly, and organised SA Water to come and fix the problem. Highly recommend them.

He explained the problem with my tap seating and how he was going to fix it, even handing me the torch so that I could see the hole for myself. This is the second time I have used Female Choice Plumbing. I have been pleased with the way they conduct themselves on both occasions.
The first occasion I needed our hot water service repaired, other companies gave me stories and how it could not be repaired, Female choice gave what I considered an honest appraisal and the repair was carried out promptly and for a couple of hundred instead of two thousand dollars.
The second occasion I called Female choice straight away, they advised me of holiday rates so I deferred until holiday period is over and they carried out the work to a standard I am pleased with.

I rang very early in the morning after someone had tried to disconnect and steal my hot water system. The operator was very helpful and organised for a plumber to come out. I was given a 3 hour window and Matt arrived in the the first 15 minutes of the window. He reconnected the parts, checked the gas connection and secured my system with bolts that no thief would be ever able to remove. Matt was courteous, reassuring, quick and tidy. Needed an plumber to replace a few washers in my leaking taps. Female choice plumbing where the only plumbing company who were available to come out that day and help with such a small issue. The plumber offered me the option of replacing the taps for new taps and washers giving me a guarantee. I took advantage of the special promotion they had and replacing all taps in my bathroom. I could not believe the difference new taps made to the bathroom, they look great and are so easy to operate now lifting the whole look of the bathroom. I would have no problem recommending Female choice plumbing.
