Don't do it!! I wish I had read the reviews here before I bought from them - seems everyone has the same terrible experience. I saw an item showing as in-stock in their store in Richmond. Went in to buy it and they didn't have it. Talked to the staff, and we found instead another item in the warehouse, and was told if bought it click-and collect it would be ready for pickup at that store within 2-6 days. Ordered in Feb 2022, it is now May 22 still have not received the goods, requested a full refund as "apparently" a courier tried to deliver 3 x times. Will not refund.
Items at the time of purchase were in stock, only to be advised after 4 x weeks they were coming from elsewhere.
This company is a joke.
Save your time, money and energy and buy from a reputable company.

I ordered 3 Qalo rings on 7/5/22 with the Find Sports online, advertising that I could click and collect at the Dandenong South warehouse in 4-10 business days. I received an autogenerated email stating my order would be ready within 2-5 business days for click and collect.

Customer service is antagonistic and spiteful don’t shop with them. They have no way of contacting by phone and just don’t respond if you have a problem they are a terrible company

16 days after I ordered and paid, it was finally shipped. Told them my dead grandmother was faster and more talkative; no response. Item is good; online shopping is dark ages.

Placed an order, the debit appeared immediately against my credit card, but no record of order according to Find Sports. Customer service non existent. No response. No resolution to date.

It is just a SCAM, nothing else
It’s been 2 month waiting, my order doesn’t epear yet in front of my eyes.

Placed an order with Find Sports and fully paid for 5 umbrellas in Feb 22. A month later, still no items received not even a shipping confirmation. Contacted them (by direct email) to be told laconically that "the tracking will be sent shortly". Now May 22, more than 3 months (!) after placing and paying for this order, still nothing - no delivery, no shipping details, no update, zilch. Contacted them again (via PayPal this time) to be provided with an explanation and was surprisingly refunded - yet again, no explanation, no apology, no attempt...

My items took over a month to be dispatched while they were saying it will be shipped within 5 days. Terrible customer service, I had to dispute my payment via PayPal. I would never shop from them again

Purchased Morgan Elite Lifting Straps from Find Sports through Catch.
Was sent the wrong straps so raised a case for incorrect item through Catch.
A customer rep from Findsports reviewed my case and replied saying they sent the right straps.
It's like their rep didn't even bother to look at the image I sent through vs what was actually ordered...

I ordered from their website on 4 March 2022 and paid in full. 3 weeks later I contacted them to find out where the item was. They were slow to respond. 30 March they said they were contacting finance for the refund. To date no refund and it’s 7 May 2022. Really bad service. I recommend not purchasing from this company.

No product arrived. No response to phone calls. Robot text would only give robot reply. The Post Office had no record of their tracking ID.

I ordered a small 'in stock' item 26 days ago. After 3 weeks of Find Sports not shipping the item I filed a complaint with paypal asking for my money back. Later the same day that I filed the paypal refund request I got a confirmation email saying Find Sports had posted my order. 26 days since buying the item it finally arrived. Do not buy from this website. They are a scam. You have to fight really hard to get your money back or your order delivered.
When I ordered the item, site says it is in stock and will despatch in 1-3 Business days. However after 2 weeks, there was no update. I ordered the item for an occasion and I couldn't get item on time. Then tried to contact customer service and it is only via SMS. I ordered instep shin pads and received ordinary shin pads. When I complained, I was told that I was sent what I ordered. I had to prove otherwise. After sending the items back, they sent me the replacement but they again sent me the wrong ones, but only one pair this time. So I’m one pair short and the pair I do have is not the right type. Customer service is ridiculous at this place, dealing with a different person via email each time and responses are slow. Very unhappy. Don’t shop here!

I ordered Kleen Kanteen tumbler for my toddler last 30 March 2022 via Catch.com.au. I haven't receive the item until now 25 April 2022. I keep on sending them messages to ask for refund (3x messages to be exact). They just keep on saying that it's already been shipped that they will update me blah blah same same! Nothing happened! They just don't want to refund my money! The hell! They shouldn't be allowed to run business!!!

Ordered 2 products. Delivery arrived 3 weeks late and one product was missing. Can’t get hold of them to resolve anything

I Placed an order. Told it was sent. It wasn’t sent until 3 weeks after my order was placed, then it arrived broken. I contacted them straight away. Many, many emails to get it sorted out. They just keep stuffing me around. They refused to give me a refund said I had to have a store credit, which is not what I wanted. I went through PayPal resolution centre. They contacted them. I finally have a refund.
Dreadful company. Would NEVER recommend them.

I ordered an item showing as in stock. 3 weeks later, they tell me it is in back order with no ETA so I asked for a refund. It has been over 3 weeks and I have been told repeatedly that payment will be refunded the following day, but still no refund.

Same as others have said - no shipping, no tracking, no response to webchat, tried calling, no answer, voicemail mailbox was full and couldn’t leave a message. Got refunded by PayPal.

Been 3 weeks and have been told the same thing over and over. The customer service rep also gives you attitude for checking up on your order.
They clearly aren't interested in getting this product to their paying customer.

ACCC remove this shoddy business from operating, complete shame. Avoid.

After my experience with FindSports I would definitely not recommend shopping online with them. Their delivery times are really slow and any issue resolution is painfully difficult. Not sure if they are just incompetent or a bit dodgy as well.
