I ordered a product online that unfortunately was damaged in delivery. I suspect the high altitude forced some of the product out of the container. I emailed the support team and they helped very quickly. I am very happy and comfortable ordering products from these guys.

I was over the Moon to find their website as they sell Timeless Vitamin C- my holy grail serum! And it was at a great price- it’s hard to find product. Fast shipping as well

I ordered a face foundation. Website said it was available in the colour I wanted. In tiny and feint print it also said the name of another colour. The online sale receipt confirmed the product and colour I wanted. I phoned on the same evening to ask why the other colour was listed in very small print and almost invisibly feint. The person who answered told me that the colour confirmed wasn't available. I said I only wanted what I ordered and to cancel the sale and credit the payment. I ordered Chi Infra Texture hairspray through this website over the weekend and received an email from Fresh Beauty on the Monday: "We wanted to keep you updated on your order, which has been affected due to customs restrictions. We have looked into your order and as per the listing, your item - CHI Infra Texture Hair Spray was dispatched from our New York warehouse. Unfortunately, the parcel has been held at customs as it contains HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods (flammable) and we have been unable to release the shipment in spite of our best efforts...

Easy checkout, but it was days before the products left their warehouse and I received the package on the tenth business day after I ordered. Just to come to me in the same city!!!

I always wanted to try the Fenty Skin Cleanser and I ended up ordering it with Fresh Beauty Co. over the weekend ;) And guess what!!! I already received my order!!!! Was trying to find my favourite fragrance brand from New York (Nomenclature) and found it here for SUCH amazing value - I was shocked!
I ordered right away and for a fragrance to be shipped to me in a week? SUPER impressed with that. And it smells JUST as amazing as I remembered when I tried it in the US! LIFE SAVER!!

I have been using the site for a few years. Always very happy with the products I choose. Happy with the delivery. In Covid times deliveries have been a bit slower but this is due to more to staff levels at Aust Post and couriers. I highly recommend Fresh for products, trustworthy and any dealings I have had with Customer Service is always dealt with by a friendly helpful response.

This store has an amazing range of products and site is user friendly. Their sale offers are the best in Australia make sure you subscribe to their marketing emails. I ordered a couple of items during easter sale, enjoyed the 20% off discount and delivery was prompt. Sad to see some reviewers faced delivery delays maybe mine was quick because I am based in CBD. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I really like this store. I have reached out to the customer service team a few times and they really seem to know their stuff and have good knowledge of products. Looks like there was a hold up with Australia Post but the team was quick to investigate and parcel arrived 2 days later. Overall I am very happy with my experience :)

what a range of products, everything you could possibly need for skincare, grooming, haircare, candles, home scents. Website was a delight, shipping could be a bit quicker but when arrived the products where perfect and really really helpful customer service. I highly recommend Fresh Beauty Co.

I've ordered three times in roughly two weeks; on both occasions, two orders only partially shipped. With regard to the first partially shipped order, about a week later, the business admitted that the rest of the order was 'lost' by the shipping carrier. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again last night, only to see the order once again only partially shipped, and I anticipate the same story yet again. I'm too busy for this nonsense, its a lot of time and effort to make sure you're not being scammed and getting what you've paid for.

Edit: the customer service team is second to none, heard my concerns, and completely resolved the issue in good time.
