Im 33 and I've been using the complete skincare routine from software for 6 weeks so far.
My skin does feel nice and hydrated, however have not noticed a change in ageing or dark spots yet. I will continue to use for another 6 weeks, and if no change to dark spots or ageing I will be looking elsewhere. While I feel hydrated, it would not be worth the price.
Be very careful.
I had been using Software tretinoin for about 6 months and my results were great, but then things went bad. Very bad.
My skin couldn’t handle the retinol every day, and it reacted very badly. So bad that I ended up with a severe case of periorificial dermatitis.
My dermatologist has made me stop everything to let my skin recover. I’ve been taking a very high dose of antibiotics for a month to let it slowly heal.
Moral of the story, be very careful with their skincare. It can go bad very quickly and they just give you a new formula (at your cost) that makes things even worse.

Vitamin C and Ferulic serum is ok.
I agree with those commenting on the packaging. It peels and I end up with paint flakes on my hands, which for a while ended on my face until I realised what is happening. I am now using a serviette to open the Vitamin C and Ferulic serum bottle. Also, the colour of the serum seemed a bit too orange to me, right from when I opened the bottle. I bought it from Priceline and am wondering whether it had been sitting on the shelve there for too long. Not sure whether the product has a use by date, as I couldn't see a date on the package. ... Read morela's Choice vitamin C in the past and it was a bit lighter in colour. I hope the Skin Software one wasn't oxidised when I bought and hence ineffective. Otherwise, the texture of the product is ok and doesn't give me any negative reactions.
Best SPF for Sydney's Sun
- Perfect Sunscreen. light and excellent protection. I notice my dark spots are getting lighter and I dont develop new ones due to sun. I used to spend $$$$ on SPF to prevent dark spots and premature skin aging but Software has been even better than most expensive ones despite its reasonable price. The shipment was also fast and reliable shipment.

I can’t believe how well this works

Unable to notice any difference to my skin
I purchased the Vit C + Ferulic Serum to reduce the brown spots caused by aging and the sun. It felt nice and smooth on my skin, however after using the product for 6 weeks the dark spots remain unchanged.

Horrible service
I’ve been using this for nearly 4 months and I literally don’t see any changes to my skin at all. The consultation is taking days for them to respond. What really upset me the most is, from the beginning, I already made it clear that I want to avoid any retinol products as it gives me a really bad side effect and purging, but they keep recommending to add tretinoin to my formula. Please save your time and just go to a GP.

I had tried everything!!!
I was on the mini pill to fight my hormonal acne, after I stopped the pill, my acne returned with vengeance. I honestly didn’t think a topical cream could do what Software has done - no way could a cream do ANYTHING for my deep cystic acne. Not convinced... yet
It's really interesting that I received an auto generated review about giving feedback, when I've already given feedback (negative specific) twice and only received an auto generated "thank you" back about it.
As my title states, I'm not convinced...yet. I've made a commitment that I'm going to do two cycles (four months) of Software and 6 weeks into my first cycle and it's... meh. The pump bottle is horrendous, with a complete lack of accuracy in regards to the pump (I've given you feedback on this) and so far I can't really tell if my skin
... Read morehas improved? To be fair it is still early days, and I'm not dealing with horrendous acne, just some redness and texture issues that most people probably wouldn't have an issue with. Another example of things that are not so convincing is even the ease of contacting someone. When I had a cold last week and destroyed the skin around my nose from overblowing, I tried to contact my doctor and the process was so clunky and like a maze that I just gave up. As I said, I'm committed to doing two cycles, after that I think it's off to a dermal clinician for a more personable experience as software really isn't giving that. I really had the impression it was a bit more "personable" but so far I'm not feeling it.
Loving my first 5 weeks
I love to texture of the formula and the feeling on my skin. I feel like I am already seeing the benefits. The only downside is the pump stopped working, making getting the cream out difficult.

IT IS THE BEST!
I stumbled across Software on one of my socials, sceptical but desperate I clicked on the link and followed the prompts to complete a survey about my skin, paid the money and waited. Well aren't I glad I took the risk! It is THE BEST PRODUCT I've ever used on my skin and I've tried many! My skin has been free from blemishes, my pigmentation is fading and it's stayed like that for a long time now. Not only is Software the best, the customer service has been incredible. Every time I've had an issue it has been resolved promptly and with kindness. I can't sing their praises enough.

I’m in my $70’s and have one large sun spot on the side of my face and I’m noticing smaller areas on my forehead. It’s from sun damage in my youth and I can almost scratch it off as it appears to be on the surface. Can you do anything about this?
I have a large age spot/ pigmentation mark on my face, what do you have to correct it.

I unfortunately had to stop using my prescription as it caused me to develop perioral nasal dermatitis. But it definitely helped skin to clear up a lot. My problem is, I love the night cream that comes in the 3 pack, absolutely adore it & it is amazing for my skin. But Im not a huge fan of the other two products. Has anyone tried both the moisture in the tub and the one bottle that can be bought by itself? Are they the same? Do they have the same effect? I’m very reluctant to try something new as my skin has just started to calm down again after the diagnosis.
