Over a month since my order and its not even in New Zealand. I've been told its coming from different places, been told its "tracking smoothly" when it obviously isn't. They wont answer the phone or return calls. Their customer service person seems to use copy and paste responses to emails and doesn't actually respond to what you are saying. Also they were selling my usual cleanser at a huge markup but I was desperate as I couldn't get it under Lockdown.
I get these are crazy circumstances but ive had multiple other products ordered from Australia since and all arrived promptly. I just want my money back so I can buy it from my local which is actually reliable and open again.

I have purchased some foundation from this company on March 26th and NOTHING has arrived. It has been lie upon lie saying the courier has lost it. They have been apparently "investigating" this for two weeks and have not got any closer to finding out where it is. I have requested a refund and still NOTHING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I paid for a face foam cleanser on 20th March and I still haven't received it. Not happy at all. Received the message from the company that the item hadn't been scanned up in Singapore and that I will receive it by the next week. Never in my life would I ever use this company. Terrible.

I returned the Devacurl items I purchased via catch.com.au as they are claimed to be causing hair and scalp damage. Yet Fresh Fragrances and cosmetics have lost my parcel in their warehouse and refused to give me a refund. Shame on them! Take your business elsewhere to save yourselves a headache. I lost almost $200 because of their incompetence on locating a parcel. I know they received it because otherwise it would have made it’s way back tome.

My one stop shop for all things beauty! I love purchasing my dior fragrance and Clinique skincare here. Shipping is quite fast and the customer service is pretty good. They respond to you in a timely manner. I would recommend this store to my fam and friends.

Fresh is the saviour of my student budget!! It was super easy to get my membership upgraded to the student discount and orders always arrive on time and in good condition. One of my orders arrived missing one item but Leyla was super helpful and sent me out the missing product within 24 hours

I have been buying my haircare products here for a few years now and have always had great customer service, but i recently they have gone above and beyond for me. Unfortunately the courier that was going to deliver my products mis-delivered my package. Fresh Fragrances have been brilliant - in particular Leyla has been fantastic. She provided me with the steps to follow to see if the package could be found and when it couldn't, immediately sent me a new package! Fingers crossed this one arrives!

I recently purchased a moisturiser Fresh and I am so amazed how fast the shipping was! The customer service was excellent! I would recommend to all my friends and family!

If I could give negative stars I would! Ordered a present on 12/18/19 and I have not received it, and I have even emailed customer service with no response. In the process of filing as a scam and fraud!

I purchased a perfume gift pack (great price) and it arrived on time, packaged extremely safe and was also sent a beautiful hand cream as a gift.. what more could a girl ask for? They obviously give a damn about their customers.

Order arrived in perfect condition. They used a whole bunch of wrapping stuff to keep my perfume safe, no leaks or anything. Perfume smelled amazing, exactly what I wanted. Only took a few days to arrive from Sydney to me in Perth. Recommend them.

Bought a few bits and pieces from their online store, to stock up on the skincare I always need. I can never find Jack Black skincare online from an Aussie store, so I was glad to find Fresh. I got all my usual skincare, and chucked in a cologne I had my eye on too. My order didn't track immediately, but when I called up a lovely customer service person called Lauren was super nice on the phone and gave me a hand. She even texted me a few days later to follow up, and offer me a delivery update. Very impressed with these guys!

Really do like this store! I was shopping around for a present for my Mother In Law, and found a fantastic hand cream set on their website. Only thing was I accidentally paid for it twice! Must have stuffed up my credit card or something. Gave them a call, and they sorted it out immediately over the phone, and also tracked my order for me so I knew how far away it was. Girl on the phone was lovely, super helpful, and fastest service ever.

I have placed an order on 6th Dec for few items and didn’t ship the items to date. I have sent repeated follow up and support emails but no one responded.

Then I posted in Facebook and they finally communicated and told a fake story that my palpal info not matching and they have refunded.

Then I went to the site to purchase again via CC and saw that same products are now sold out and also 50% more than what I purchased.

Please stop using this doggy store as same can happened to you as well.

The website holds so many great products I was easily getting lost and confused. I messaged the company, though thye took awhile to reply they really helped me find a product for my sensative skin. I am so looking forward to recieving this product. The website is easy to use and understand, I think my grandma could even use it!
