I only came across Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics a few months ago and was hesitant to order at first. However I placed an initial order in September and received my order in under a week. I then proceeded to place a second order late October and received my package in under 2 weeks. This was expected due to the current problems with shipping.

Customer service was extremely helpful and I am very satisfied with this company and will continue to order from them in the future.

I ordered 3 Rene Furterer products through Catch. I have received 2 of the products from a different sub agent but still waiting for one of the products from Fresh Fragrences and cosmetics. I have been trying to follow the tracking number which hasn’t moved since the 12th of September. I have messaged them several times and although they have answered it has been conflicting information or just useless information. I am particularly disappointed with Catch as I feel that they owe the customer some duty of care.

I discovered this store last month and I'm very happy with it. It is the only place you can find some uncommon product. I got the Elta MD sunscreen, it arrived in 1 week and I'm happy with it because it is FREEEEEE shipping!!!

Ordered 2 bottles of perfume. Not only were they dispatched a week after I was told they were but they've been in the post for 2 weeks and by post I mean sat in the one spot and not actually shipped yet. As per the pathetic response below. Australia post have stated clearly it is because the items are coming from overseas and you as a seller have used deceptive tactics shipping items with a third party company from overseas. The products do not come from Australia. There isn't shipping delays because of covid there is shipping delays because you ship from overseas and pretend you don't. I have lodged a complaint with the third party seller site I used and my next step is legal action

They took my $340 and presented themselves as a us-based company. I could have gotten this fragrance [creed] at any retail store near my house. Instead now I am locked into this scam company for the next 3 months! They have no phone number. They never respond to emails. They never disclose they are an Australia-based company that will take up to 3 months just to be shipped! They blame covid and dare you to cancel your order. Online store was simple to navigate and on payment details and order entered received order confirmation and details.
Satisfied with my purchase. Approx.10 day delay due to Christmas surge and AustPost slower delivery.
When contacting Fresh Fragrance they replied promptly and followed up AustPost for order status.

Ordered 4 days ago (I know not a long time), paid an extra $20 for express shipping so my items would arrive in time for xmas. Nothing! No confirmation email, no tracking number. I've tried calling, emailing and messaging via the facebook page. I've received one email back saying they tried to call me (NO MISSED CALLS FROM THEM) because in my home address was a PO box number that they won't ship to. However my home address was still provided.
I want to cancel the order. But nobody will respond. I've spoken to several people who've been waiting

Ordered perfume 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard from them and no tracking number, have requested a refund - as I’m concerned if it ever arrives it won’t be genuine after reading all these reviews, wish I read the reviews prior to ordering

Paid for perfume on the 28th November . Still no perfume and today is 9th December and still getting the run around from them . Tracking for parcel just doesn’t move still in the same place . They are full of Bull S..t . Will never buy from again probably lost my money.

I’ve shopped a few times with fresh fragrance cosmetics and I’m really happy with their selection of products and prices. I just ordered a perfume for Christmas for my boyfriend and found out only afterwards that it was the wrong perfume I had ordered. I panicked when i read the rules on the website about them not offering returns for perfumes or modifying orders but I contacted them ASAP and they were so understanding and helpful and helped me get the perfume I really wanted. Great service and would definitely shop here again!

Purchased Aerin 50ml Perfume for $160, i have received this within the last hour and it doesn't smell anything like the same fragrance in Myer and David Jones, it's very different. I wish I had read the reviews as I would've paid the extra $ 20 to purchase from a department store, I'm pretty disappointed that is on top of the 2 weeks it took to arrive. Will follow up for refund, I do believe this is an authentic product so it may have gone off.

I am extremely frustrated and angry with Freah I paid $15 for the express 3 day DHL service only To find out 3 days later why my package wasn't in DHL’s system and had infact never even been sent. This is a business that claims to dispatch orders on the same day of purchase.

I tried calling and emailing there office multiple time only for my calls to be directed straight to voicemail and my emails ignored for hours. Finally somebody replied to my email. They ”Fresh” asked me to give them a different address as DHL won't deliver to my P.O-Box.

I tried to buy a gift to my dad but cancel my order directly without any message or email. I asked them why cancel my order, a staff called [Name Removed] told me cause I use Amex paid. If you don’t accept Amex why you show the Amex icon at payment methods and I can made it online. It’s holy crap

My preferred perfume for many years has been "Tiffany" while the bottle looks like that sold in the store the perfume bears no resemblance to the fragrance I know...I feel that it must be a knock off and as bears no resemblance...if it is not that then it is past its use-by

Bought skincare online a week ago, haven’t received any confirmation email from them to let me know my order is in progress. Called over 50 times, they cancel the call. Emailed them, no reply! Save your money and buy from someone trustworthy! This Covid excuse is getting lame, I made numerous order online in the last month from overseas and the service I received was exceptional, no excuse for poor customer service Fresh!!!! I will never waste my money on your company again!!!!

NZ post has told me that my parcel has not been sent, the tracking number does not work. My parcel is very late and was supposed to be a birthday gift. This is absurd and your customer service is so so bad. I want to know where my package is I am very mad after being told it was going to be here this week by one of your employees only to find out it’s not even on its way.

Made a Purchased On The 8th August for $336 Some oakleys and I’m still Waiting. Tried calling them With no response Even tried on what’s app nothing. I tried sending them emails a couple of times and they told me that it’s coming from their warehouse in New York what a load of crap, they’ve given me this tracking number and said it will only Work when it reaches NZ https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking/item/DP999528648NZ I just need my money back I don’t want them glasses as I have brought new ones already waste of my time and money.

I found Fresh to be great. my makeup that I bought twice the coulor is great bought one for summer / winter .i had to wait with the virus here but with communication was told that it would be late .And I do intend to keep with FRESH.

I placed my order on the 5th and here it is the 25th and my tracking number they gave me has not even been scanned yet! The website claims free and FAST shipping...lie lie lie! Used covid as an excuse stating perfume had to be rerouted....Please be advised that due to high restrictions in place, orders with fragrances are rerouted as a safety measure. We request you to kindly allow at least an additional 2 weeks for your parcel to arrive.....Lame excuses. Ordered perfume from a different company and it arrived within days after order was placed! I will never never order from them again!

I purchased through Catch for the first time. All tracking from Fresh Fragrances & Cosmetics lined up with tracking notifications I received from Australia Post. I'm in Perth and I received the order in 16 days so I think that is fine in the current Covid climate. Was 6 days from the store notifying Auspost to when it was received by Auspost. Then Auspost took 10 days to deliver. It was also a nice surprise to receive a gift of a different hand cream with my order.
