Excellent Customer Service
Online storeI only came across Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics a few months ago and was hesitant to order at first. However I placed an initial order in September and received my order in under a week. I then proceeded to place a second order late October and received my package in under 2 weeks. This was expected due to the current problems with shipping.
Customer service was extremely helpful and I am very satisfied with this company and will continue to order from them in the future.

Not honest
Fresh Beauty Co.I ordered 3 Rene Furterer products through Catch. I have received 2 of the products from a different sub agent but still waiting for one of the products from Fresh Fragrences and cosmetics. I have been trying to follow the tracking number which hasn’t moved since the 12th of September. I have messaged them several times and although they have answered it has been conflicting information or just useless information. I am particularly disappointed with Catch as I feel that they owe the customer some duty of care.

Australia post have stated clearly it is because the items are coming from overseas and you as a seller have used deceptive tactics shipping items with a third party company from overseas. Online storeI used this site to purchase a relatively expensive reed diffuser (note the word 'reed') from a very nice brand. Although impressively well-padded the product arrived unboxed, with no reeds (!) and a crooked label. I doubt it's genuine, although it still smells lovely. I asked if I could return it and their reply was that I can but at my own expense, for store credit only. Given the product cannot be used for its intended purpose, I am entitled to a refund by law. I will go and buy a cheap diffuser just for the reeds but won't buy from Fresh again, which is sad because I love Antica Farmacista products.

Express shipping isn't express at all
Online storeOrdered 4 days ago (I know not a long time), paid an extra $20 for express shipping so my items would arrive in time for xmas. Nothing! No confirmation email, no tracking number. I've tried calling, emailing and messaging via the facebook page. I've received one email back saying they tried to call me (NO MISSED CALLS FROM THEM) because in my home address was a PO box number that they won't ship to. However my home address was still provided.

I just ordered a perfume for Christmas for my boyfriend and found out only afterwards that it was the wrong perfume I had ordered. I panicked when i read the rules on the website about them not offering returns for perfumes or modifying orders but I contacted them ASAP and they were so understanding and helpful and helped me get the perfume I really wanted. Fragrance Smells different
Online storePurchased Aerin 50ml Perfume for $160, i have received this within the last hour and it doesn't smell anything like the same fragrance in Myer and David Jones, it's very different. I wish I had read the reviews as I would've paid the extra $ 20 to purchase from a department store, I'm pretty disappointed that is on top of the 2 weeks it took to arrive. Will follow up for refund, I do believe this is an authentic product so it may have gone off.

Online storeI am extremely frustrated and angry with Freah I paid $15 for the express 3 day DHL service only To find out 3 days later why my package wasn't in DHL’s system and had infact never even been sent. This is a business that claims to dispatch orders on the same day of purchase.

Prompt and helpful customer service.
Online storeFresh is a great alternative to Mecca/Sephora. Their prices are hit and miss - sometimes more expensive than the RRP and sometimes cheaper - so make sure you compare your prices. For my last few orders, I have found Fresh to be the better place to shop.
The website is not the best to navigate as each shade/colour is listed as an individual item so it can feel a little cluttered when trying to find the item you're after.
That said, their customer service is a 10/10. The team are responsive, helpful, knowledgable, and friendly - they will always go out of their way to provide you with relevant and useful information rather than generic responses that you often receive from other retailers.

Fresh Beauty Co.I purchased through Catch for the first time. All tracking from Fresh Fragrances & Cosmetics lined up with tracking notifications I received from Australia Post. I'm in Perth and I received the order in 16 days so I think that is fine in the current Covid climate. Was 6 days from the store notifying Auspost to when it was received by Auspost. Then Auspost took 10 days to deliver. It was also a nice surprise to receive a gift of a different hand cream with my order.
