I bought a washing machine online but upon delivery realised it wasn't what I wanted which was entirely my fault. Antony from the Morley shop was amazing. He helped me do the swap, navigate through what I needed and was kind enough to deliver the machines both times. He did all that with grace and a very positive attitude. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

This morning I visited the Morley store to look for a fridge with my family I was then approached by the employee who said" dont let your children touch or open the fridges or you will pay for any damage". So uncalled for when my child did nothing more than open the door to look inside. I was disgusted in the way we were spoken to and will never shop there again.
