They charged me 1000 from my old mothers house but some one fixed for 100 dollars. They are freaking bad. I found them from the ture local or other website which has 5 stars or other good review. But they crap

These guys are total scammers try it on from every angle
Over service by using trade assistants as plumbers at $120 phr

We were charged $6000 for a job quoted by other plumbers for $1850- to change a stolen solar hot water booster (got an instantaneous 26L rinnai installed)
Charged the insurance company $6000, had to go through VCAT for an year 4 sessions with VCAT
settled for $3000, after lawyer from CBA, showed their true colours with ++ evidences, crushing them.
Stay far away from this father and two son business, they just want your money.
They never gave us a quote, said will take care of us, saying nothing to worry, and they will claim on our behalf with the insurance company.
Always get written quote and stay way.

We got a quote $120 per hour, they sent 3 men and charged 360+gst per hour for a half day work which they charged 8 hours full day (which included the time to get materials and their lunch). The guys hung around for half of the day (confirmed by neighbors). We rushed home once we knew they were billing 3 men @120 per hour- this was not told ahead. The final bill was ridiculously over the original quote. Stay away! They are dodgy, the final invoice was from another company which they claimed that they ran out of the invoice. Stay away, it is a total scam.!!!

These plumbers attended my property at 5:30pm Saturday night and was able to change over my hot water heater. With three young kids, these guys saved me!

Charged $1000 for a maximum $400 job (as per 3 other plumbers).
Costly mistake.
Please do NOT use them under any circumstance.
Everyone else who says they've been overcharged are correct.

Burst water pipe took 15minutes to fix and charged nearly $800. Will absolutely never use again. The only saving grace is that they came out relatively fast and it was a fast fix.

Prompt professional service and attendance to my leaking mains pipe, but at what I feel was expensive. Recommend that anyone using this plumbing service obtain a written quote, first and establish hourly rates. I was in a bit of situation when I engaged them and neglected to obtain quotes - hence I feel the job cost about double it should have. Caveat Emptor! Essentially the job worked out at approx $555.00 per hour..... 3.5 hours of their time. Multiple discussions with the boss & written complaint about charges but nothing gained. Beware.

To fix a water leak on a copper tube, with less than an hour's work and less than a meter of copper tube together with two sharkbite couplings used, they charged nearly $600. Never ever will use them again!

We got charged an absolute fortune to be told that we had a gas leak. We called them because we had a gas leak so didn’t need to be told. 3 days later and 2 call outs we still had a problem. We ended up getting a different plumber who then fixed the problem and charged less than what these guys did for no work!!

Very fast and efficient to repair the hot water system would highly recommend there company anytime for any plumbing problems

Totally exorbitant bill for replacing a toilet water pump and clearing a drainage problem in the pipes of the dishwasher. Could have bought the pump myself several hundreds of dollars cheaper. The hourly rate of which was excessive included their time because they didn’t have the connections needed or pump, even though I’d sent a photo of the existing pump.

The two young guys that carried out the work were fine and did a good job.
The price however was extortionate! Do not use these guys.

I had just moved house, was stressed and in a mess and needed someone on a Saturday. They came and fixed a small problem with a leaking washing machine connection and charged me over $800 over-all. Fee for Saturday call-out $240. They fixed the leaking connection (with an inexpensive part) in a few minutes, then, said they were required to 'test' the water pressure (that cost $200+ and took two minutes). I felt very ripped off. Don't use these guys

I rang this company for a quote to replace my hot water system. They said on the phone they will send someone out within two hours. They did not tell me there was a call out fee for a quote and it is not on their hot water service website. They quoted more than $800 more than other plumbers that gave me quotes and when I refused they charged me a call out fee of $120. I spoke to another plumber who also confirmed they were ripping me off with the quote and misleading with their service. They are also abusive and rude when you tell them they are a rip off. Unprofessional and bullies.

I called this guy out to replace a faulty PTR valve and was charged a staggering amount. I rang around (unfortunately after the job had been completed) to get an indication of what some others would charge for this work. Comparative costs were about $300 - $350 in total.
