There was a delay in shipment but the customer support was absolutely fabulous working with me to identify the right part number I needed for the fridge I have. Just recieved my order and it fits perfectly like a glove. Super thrilled I didn't have to buy a new fridge and fixed my problem for less than $50.

It arrived 4 days later to WA for a set freight price of only $7.95 and well packaged. It was exactly the right part and great quality, so not a cheap knockoff. Very happy and now my daughter can cook again!

I have made several purchases with Genuine Appliance Parts for items that have been difficult to find. The customer service is helpful and they normal reply enquiries within a day. The prices seem to be relatively cheaper then other places. It takes about a week for postage to Perth, WA. I Havent had any issues with any products.

I could not find the exploded diagram for the appliance anywhere on the net. Called Genuine Appliance Part, spoke to Lachlan, and he e-mailed it straight out to me. After local contractors claimed the part was no longer available was able to find it at Genuine Appliance Parts. Ordered online late Monday night and arrived Thursday morning. The oven seal was exactly as described and fit perfectly.
