Customer service from Shaq was outstanding, he was helpful and answered my questions timely. We only had a couple of hiccup's (not because of Shaq) with parts and wiring but overall the experience was positive. we've been away a few times now beach camping and this trailer hasn't missed a beat, tracks well behind the car in the sand too.

Good service, any problems were fixed fast by Jade we have just completed our second trip of around 4000 klms SA and Victoria back through Broken hill and over the great dividing range trailer went very well

We had Troy as our salesman, we had our camper delivered within the timeframe advised. We had some warranty issues which were rectified under warranty without too much effort. Troy gave us a demo upon collection of the camper. I would like to recommend that they are registered prior to collection to save the hassle of going to a QLD transport office.

We picked up our HQ17 a few months ago, we purchased it based on the layout for our family and with a budget in mind. We have just finished an 8500km trip through SA, NT and western Qld. The van was great. We had a couple of little issues with it in the road I patched up, and have since logged warranty jobs for. GIC have been most helpful in resolving these for us. The team also took time to listen to a couple of things that can be improved, and genuinely took an interest in what I thought could be better. We love our van, and are happy with the overall finish and very happy with how it tows. It is heavy, but we knew that when we bought it, and in turn we are conscious of how we load the van.

Despite paying a deposit, we were lied to about the whereabouts of our trailer that we thought we were getting before Easter. Brisbane blamed Sydney, Sydney blamed Brisbane. Took 2 weeks to get our deposit back and the Customer Service was so bad that they have supposedly implemented mystery shoppers and more training for the employee that we dealt with. Absolutely dreadful service in Brisbane and honestly not much better from Sydney. Reading some of the reviews about the product and after-sales service we've dodged a bullet and we'll be happy to give our money to someone else. Would not recommend this company if they were the last camper trailer company open.

We went through every forward fold camper around Brisbane and Sunshine Coast and found that the GIC Dominator was the best value for money. We towed it up the OLT cape york and never got a drop of water or dust in side of any of the doors. Wpuld highly recommended them to anyone

Used our blackseries alpha last week for 6 days ! It was amazing.It was our first time putting it up and it was not as hard as I thought . The inside is huge plenty of room for our 3 young children and the bed is massive . Defiantly big enough for all of us to snuggle up in the morning of those cold winter days !
Everyone should get one .The alpha is durable, tough and easy to assamble .Life is so much better with a Black series, .....

After tenting for many years we thought it was about time to upgrade to a camper trailer. Did our research and found the Dominator. It is perfect for us with lots of on board storage space and ease of set up. We only purchased it at the end of April and have already done 3 trips in it. Had a problem with the wheel bearings, hub and brakes. Contacted the support team and was fixed and back on the road within a week. Excellent after sales service.
