During this exceptionally difficult time one of the luxuries of sitting with a good cup of coffee has been eroded. However the staff at Gloria Jeans in the Westfield Shopping Center have never allowed their spirits to be dampened. At first with take away coffee and bits and now with social distancing procedures we have been enjoying a sit down coffee and a nibble or two served by the most amazing staff. They are eager to please always with a smile whilst being lumbered with extra duties of cleaning, wiping, sanitizing everything. We have been patrons for some time and because of them and the fabulous coffees we will continue to do so. We sincerely hope the management of this little enterprize value their people.

Pleased to see GJ's Ascot WA taking Covid-19 responsibilities seriously. Sighted Covid App on my mobile, seats well spaced, store very clean. Great coffee, meaty Angus Pie & crisp flakey pastry. Friendly polite service from Paige. Working well in difficult trading environment.

I usually drink black coffee therefore I easily notice the difference in taste. Big mistake! The coffee was terrible, it was too watery and had barely any taste or strength to it.

Went in to get a coffee and saw an offer to add a sweet for $3.50. Ordered coffee and carrot cake and was then charged $5. On questioning after paying, we were then told that carrot cake wasn’t included and was still $5. Disappointing that the staff member wasn’t forthcoming that carrot cake wasn’t included yet the only cake available. Not Happy with false advertising

So I passed the local bakery when 50metres away I saw GLORIA JEAN'S GLEN WAVERLY next to the Glen.
Requiring a fast breakfast I asked for the advertised in store steak and chipotle only to be told "we don't do that any more". So I settled for the baconegg toastie and coffee to come with the meal. So first up the coffee arrives, no meal, then the toastie arrived. Old, dried up, obviously not freshly cooked and tasted disgusting. I felt it was first cooked one day at least, before. Unfortunately I was in a rush and did not have time to ask for a freshly cooked toastie. Two bites, the coffee was good and then I was off. Never ever to return. $13.55 totally wasted. What a rip off.

Always have loved a good coffee and Gloria jeans coffee really hits those coffee cravings. I love how the staff are friendly and nice to speak too. Food is okay, I wish they had more of a menu

At Rockingham Gloria Jean. Coffee was scalding hot making it undrinkable and impossible to carry the cup away. Presumably an attempt to disguise horrible coffee.

Would highly recommend purchasing coffee here only if you intend on using it as a weapon.

I just had my last coffee at Blacktown Gloria Jeans, they are now charging fees for using your card, the service is not that good, when I made a comment they could not care!!!

Went there for the first time. Yuck. Store was dirty. Floors filthy, ledges full of crumbs that looked like they had been there forever. . tables not wiped. Won't be back

The milk was off in my iced coffee so they gave me a fresh one from an unopened bottle of milk & that one was off too.At 5.50 coffee price. Wow

Gloria jeans Waratah is fantastic, friendly service. I was finding the coffee a bit strong and they were able to help me find the blend that was right for me. Very quick to serve and make your coffee very little waiting time .

Was order 2 cups of coffee with bad service experiance from the gloria jeans staff at Burwood, the girl treat me like i take free coffee and heard she say something about me with rolled her eyes. never ever going back there!

Lex and Teane we very helpful and kind! It was quick service and we got to try their special Frappuccino which wasn’t on the Menu! It was quick service and they were very thoughtful!

Been a loyal customer of Warrnambool Gloria jeans for a number of years, love the coffee as you receive consistently good quality coffee. But new owners in Warrnambool Gateway Plazza complex do not give loyalty points anymore. Many customers have left as they feel their loyalty is not respected. They have gone to another coffee outlet that continually gives free coffee every eight or fifth coffee. A free coffee goes a long way to keep loyal customers happy

Really dangerous place for women on their own. They ask for your first name and call out your name to collect your order from the counter (no table service) - perfect opportunity for a stranger to know your name, check you out and follow you to your car. I was shocked and don’t think I could go back. I’ve never been asked for my name like that before! I thought it was unnecessary and felt “bullied” into giving my name.

Upon ordering at Deepwater Plaza GJ's our name was taken but not called for some time, but we were chatting at a table and weren't too bothered. After a while a lady shouted out to us, "Hey, these are your drinks, they're just sittin' here gettin' cold." So I went to get them and said, "Sorry, no one called my name so I didn't know." "Nah, he didn't get your name" she said. Untrue, but what really bothered me was that this lady was leaning on the counter, 10 paces from us, watching our drinks go cold even though she knew exactly who they were for. WHAT IS THAT? Both drinks were very ordinary. We won't be back.

Just bought a coffee, the lid doesn’t fit the cup well, 3rd sip and coffee went all on my dress and shoes... Bad experience due to faulty cup and lid...

Today I visited Gloria Jean's in Watergardens and whilst waiting in line noticed the woman who already ordered aggressively pointing out to the girls on staff about why they didn't carry a certain product.

She was being a little TOO extra but the girls took it in stride and gave her the refund she asked for and moved on with the line all within 90 seconds.

Praise to the girls for handling the situation well and for making my coffee which was delicious.
