Having the Go Mastercard was an absolute dream during Black Friday sales and made it possible to buy something I wouldn't normally get but the savings was too good to pass up and the ease of purchase using this card was fantastic.

Been using the card for the last 6 years. Really handy when you have to make those expensive purchases and need time to pay off.
Haven't really made use of the card for everyday purchases and so cannot comment on Rewards or rate but the reduction from 62 days interest free to 55 in 2018 was probably a sad day .
Online systems are easy to use and the recent chat service makes interaction easier. Setting up direct debit is easy.
However I would like them to not charge for Bpay payments. But then for no annual fee that might be acceptable!

Go master card is a fantastic product and it helps with interest free purchases are awesome. One change I would welcome is the waiver of monthly fee because for some purchases - it is going up to fifty percentage of the original product price if we calclulate the monthly fee for 24 months.

I only got the card to take advantage of the interest-free plans. Why use my money to buy things, when I can just use theirs? Right? WRONG!
My card was declined over 7 times at their recommended retailers (Kogan and HN). I called their "Customer service" line, which is an absolute nightmare on its own. It takes forever to get through and when they do pick up; they are the most apathetic and uninterested bunch I have ever dealt with.

Ease of use and stretching payments out gives our family a reprieve to ge able to have the nicer things in life by using latitude. Great service and communication. Highly recommend

did not take long to fill out and get aproval as our fridge had broken down we needed a new one the same day with the go master card it was all possible

Everything has worked well so far. Just not sure when first statement will come in. Am nervous I'll miss first payment because I did have not got a statement yet.

Third purchase using interest free option. Safe, reliable. Would recommend if you know you can afford items paid off over time. Low monthly fees, easy access to account to pay.

Long time loyal customer. Wanted to increase limit for a purchase. There are no options to increase limit. You have to wait for Latitude to offer a limit increase regardless of your financial position. Shocking customer help line when I finally got through on 1300 number. I was told I was ineligible for a limit increase because of my exemplary account conduct and zero balance. Disgusted. Would not recommend

I purchest product on line at Harvey Norman it was so easy to do, there was no fuss at all presented card no they e-mailed back shortly (30 mins) to say i could pick product up. (SO EASY)

Sales person was well informed, I can't believe how easy it was to use, sales person had all my details on file and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. Great Great Great

The assistance provided by the sales person was above reproach. Easy to understand and no hassle using it. Great effort on all sides making this a painless experience much appreciated.

This card has helped me out so many times I am a pensioner and being able to get the things I need without fuss or a lot of trouble it is excellent and easy to use we would not have things we do have without my card cannot live without it

I used it for one purchase and it was good then I used it for a second purchase one week later and it declined three times with
$8K credit available.

I haven't checked on rewards and haven't used overseas. But the only experience in it so far is good. I managed to get the card without hustles and able to use it easily.

So straightforward and easy to apply, able to shop straight away.
No uploading piles of paperwork and documents.
Great rewards program with an excellent choice products to redeem.
Knowing I can use my card any where in the world, gets me off to a great start planning my next trip to Europe.
Highly recommend this to any one who is sick of all the buy now pay later options with all there restrictions and application requirements.

It is the best way to buy those white goods, laptops, furniture when you may not be in a position to do so normally. Very easy to make payments too.

Just recently learned that not nessaseraly does the first to expire is the first to be paid trapping you into paying a high intrest rate, although i had my situation rectified i would not recomend this card to anyone under its current format

Good at difficult times, I have had this previously too and back to square one. Let's see in the future if they come up with a more attractive points system. Hoping for the best.

How disgusting to send us a product review on a fraudulent purchase which happened on the 22nd Oct, then they kept on trying for another 3 more times on the same day, then again the next day and then again 3 days later. We were only notified on the last decline, why not on the first decline? The charge stays on your card whilst they investigate but this then stops you from using your card. How long does it take to see what the delivery address was for the person who at least had the decency to do it on 36 months interest-free? Then get the fraud police onto this address so that we can have this fraudulent amount removed from our account. So much for peace of mind using Go Mastercard.

Had a fraudulent activity on our card and we weren't even notified that it was being used in New York when we are based in Australia. No authentication before purchases so makes it easy for anyone to just use your card without your knowledge. Filed a dispute and need to wait for 21 days. Will close our account and never deal with these people again.

There has been no communication about how to pay this off. Please send something. Also I don't have a card and have not been given instruction on how to get one. I'm concerned that we'll be charged or given a bad rating as I don't know how to make payements

If you want to buy furniture and household items from Harvey Norman or Domayne, this care is a must-have.

I accidentally filled a lower value limit (1000, instead of 10000) during my first application. When I called to request increase of limit, they said it will take three months. The call center employee told me to cancel the card and make a fresh application. After cancelling the card, my new application was declined. I made several calls to the call center, but no one had a clear answer. Finally, one of my friend who had a similar experie...

I have only used my card within Australia, I have used it for many years and have purchased many items. regular simple to work out statements used to arrive by mail, but now online. Payments are easily paid online. Instalments have always been manageable and paying more than payment due helps to pay off to avoid higher interest. I wouldn’t have had the enjoyment of many items if it wasn’t for the GO/Lattitude card.
