Absolute chaos!! when you arrived at the wharf there were a number of queues, didn't know which queue to stand in as there were no signs let alone staff to advise you. Totally disorganised!! Saw the Harbour Bridge and Opera House lit up...could have seen it better on TV. Thought it would be a good idea to do a cruise WRONG!! as last year was a nightmare walking around. The only decent part of the cruise was the 3 drinks that came with the cruise otherwise, it's totally not worth going and would not recommend it. Was also told that it was a 90 minute cruise...WRONG!! was actually 60 minutes. Had I read these reviews prior, I would definitely not have gone. And they call it Good Times Cruises...I think NOT!

The dining was Amazing great choice of food and beverages the staff management delivered world class service. I would highly recommend it to all my friends family and for any event I have .

A special night with our friends frim overseas . We had the top floor which us really excellent. The food was very nice as was the music and the hsrbour. Really nice way ti crlebrate and see sydney

It was an amazing experience! Very nice boat, good music and delicious food! I really enjoyed the experience and I recommend for everyone would like to have a beautiful view of Vivid.

I had my birthday party onboard goodtime cruises and we all had a great time . I found the staff friendly and obliging. We had a bbq menu which was as terrific . Sydney harbour is awesome and amazing . Would recommend a cruise for a bday celebration

Booked a dinner cruise for last night. Was cancelled on the last minute due to electrical issues. Very inconvenient. They should have checked the boat and do regular service.
Asked for a refund today and the said waiting for an authorisation from the dodgy company! Very disappointed. Worst cruise!

As a family n for an anniversary present we did a 'Vivid Cruise' last week on Good time cruises through Scoopon, never ever again through this company. The food, disgusting, cheap, yuck! No tables to seat at therefore balancing our plates in our hands with holding baby as well as no prams allowed. Fried warm food with 2x pasta salads. And old lamb balls. This was nothing like the pictures they use to advertise. Words can't describe it. Spent the 1.5hs in lines for food or drinks as only one bar person at bar. Tacky boat cruises which pile people in like cattle and ferry them up and down the harbour for $40+ dollars.

I did a 'Vivid Cruise' last week on Good time cruises. Never ever again! You definitely get what you pay for and then some less! The food, disgusting, cheap and nasty, yuck! We were given the choice between pasta salad or, wait for it...pasta salad! Oh wait, there were some week old lamb balls left over from a previous cruise I'm sure, they looked like little mini stool samples! Words can't describe it. I should call the Food safety inspectors on these people. Tacky boat cruises which pile people in like cattle and ferry them up and down the harbour for $40+ dollars. Do yourself a favour, catch a ferry to Milsons Point and back for $3, done and dusted in 20 mins. Good Time Cruises, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Our annual event was held with Goodtime Harbour Cruises,- 3 hour cruise on Sydney Harbour.
The team was professional and very accommodating, we had 2 diasbled guests in wheelchairs and the crew was most helpful.
Our package was a cocktail menu and drinks combination,and I must say its nice to see good old fashioned service, and a family business that goes the extra mile.
The vessel was great spacious with plenty of outdoor space,food was nice, the dj played our favourite songs
,we enjoyed our experience-thouroughly recommend.

Delayed leaving 1/2 hour. Overcrowded, uncomfortable, awful food, rude staff, old vessel probably too far gone to restore to todays standards of OH&S. I was on board with loads of children and the Safety rails offered no protection for falling overboard.
Could not wait to get off !!

This was a nightmare got there 15 minutes before the time to go we waited a hour in the line to then be told there was no seating at tables only to sit outside but we bought premium tickets.orgainzer [Name Removed] unproffesional. SAVE YOUR MONEY and time!!!!!
