Don’t know where phone is from
The site doesn’t say where the phones are from so I had to email them to make sure the iPhone I bought would not have a camera sound that couldn’t be turned off. They couldn’t promise this so I took my chance (seeing the last company I bought a refurbished phone from was not Australian and thus the camera sound could not be turned off). It turned out (after purchasing) that Green Gadgets uses the same company as Boost, being Alegre, so the phone I bought also had the camera sound that could not be turned off. I returned the phone yesterday and I got my refund today, so no complaints there. It just amazes me that it’s allowed to sell these phones in Australia. Dodgy operators.
I purchased a pixel 4xl from this company. A large reason I went with them was their warranty. I received the phone in a case and have had it for 8 months now. Its having a battery fault and I've contacted them. They asked for the Imei number of the phone and then told me they didn't sell me the phone. I checked the box it came in and the Imei on the box is different to that of the actual phone. I have no idea if this is a one off or a means of selling items they know they won't have to guarantee. Either way be very wary. They have told me I've bought the phone from somewhere else when I didn't.
So after getting me to check the box and then also the sim tray after checking the phone settings IMEI number all three IMEI numbers are different. And somehow none of them are in their system. I don'...

There is no explanation for the three IMEI numbers and Green Gadgets not having a record of any of them that is isn't hugely suspicious. Thats probably why they haven't tried to offer one. Just keep telling me they didn't send me this phone. No idea what phone they think they sent me either. Phone worked ok for about 7 months and they have been in contact with me. Samsung S9 purchased - very happy with it.
I only use sites that are user friendly and this one was up to scratch. The product arrived prior to delivery date, which pleased my daughter no end. It was in great condition (purchased "very good") with a tiny scratch on the front and a mark on the back between the camera area.
Price, quality, and delivery were great and a user friendly site. Happy with this purchase, would definitely recommend.

They use cheap refurb parts
My plastic sun glasses fell off my head and hit the screen on the refurbed iPad I bought from them, completely smashed it and glass dust and particles everywhere. Anyone that has owned an iPad or iPhone knows the screens are pretty tough. This glass is so brittle it must be a cheap and nasty non genuine part. Definitely won’t be buying anything else from this company.

It was very easy to find a suitable phone, I just googled Samsung Green Gadgets and it took me tothe Samsung mobile offers on the Green Gadgets website!
I selected a Samsung Galaxy S10 "as new" and submitted my order Sunday evening and on Monday during the morning they dispatched the phone express to Melbourne. I could not believe how fast this took and Wednesday it got delivered to my home.
I love my new Samsung S10 phone: it looks absolutely brand new and I set it up that evening. I can highly recommend Green Gadgets and hope everyone else will have the same awesome experience.
Refurbished iPhone is a gamble you may not want to take from this company...
Had a refurbished iphone which completely died just out of the stated 12 months warranty. Company wouldn't assist with a repair or even look at the phone, instead offered a 5% discount on an alternative as if that would rectify the situation. Claimed no responsibility for Australian consumer law which requires a device to last a reasonable time period and that this overrides any stated warranty period. Super disappointing they can't be bothered to help someone who could otherwise be a loyal and repeat customer.
The refurbished phones may seem a good deal from this company... until they are not!

Galaxy s20 Plus
Purchased and selected very good condition of the device, shipping was in 24 hours amazing. However upon starting the phone and charging, the moisture detection notification kept coming up when the phone and the cable is fresh out of the box. Sent an email to customer service and GG replied almost immediately. Will send the device back tomorrow and see how will they reply me next.

Blocked phone sent. Now they won’t refund. Next ACCC
I purchased an iphone 11 through the Reebelo site which Green Gadgets is a vendor. Start nightmare!
Unfortunately, they sent me a blocked phone. I immediately contacted Reebelo and Afterpay. It took over two weeks for Green Gadget to agree to a refund sticker and after two further weeks of chasing a refund I have asked Afterpay to step in.
Green Gadget will not claim responsibility for the useless device and are sending it back!
They are not contactable via phone and neither is Reebelo. So customer service has only been given after prompts from Afterpay.
I am now forced to report both companies to the ACCC to finalize the ordeal.

Almost "as new", overall a good deal.
This was my first time purchasing a used phone from Green Gadgets. The price was good and the delivery very fast. I ordered a phone in "as new" condition. The front top speaker was quite dirty and I had to use a pin and toothbrush to clean it. The rest of the phone was in excellent, as new condition and I have had no issues with it's function.
The advertising flyer for the free $30 Optus recharge sim was in the pack but the sim wasn't. Never the less I would buy again as I love the idea of buying refurbished rather than new.

New oppo fine x2 pro
Decided to replace old smartphone with top line unit. The price for this unit was very good from GGA and the ease of ordering was great. The unit arrived earler than avised and was well packaged. I have only had it a few weeks and trying to get use to the many functions.
Was nervous buying sight unseen but I couldn’t be happier with it!!
I came across site on catch and decided to buy directly with company. So happy I did. Product description, communication and delivery were superb. Recommended.
